A large 1 bedroom apartment just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Located on the first floor of a small, clean, well maintained block within the heart of La Cala de Mijas close to Butibamba Park and Gran Hotel Costa del sol. The apartment faces South with plenty of sunshine and overlooks the swimming. UK TV plus FREE WIFI.

We also have a number of other apartments in the centre of La Cala de Mijas. 2 bed/2 bath, 2 bed/1 bath, 2 studio apartments and double en-suite rooms. All just a short stroll from the beach with everything that La Cala has to offer on your doorstep. Please ask for details.

La Cala has everything you need and all within walking distance. With a bus stop just outside the door taking you to both Fuengirola and Marbella there's no need for a car. Don't stress about getting to the apartment, we can arrange airport transfers (€50 each way).

Why jo coles chose La Cala de Mijas

When we decided to buy a property here in Spain there was no doubt it had to be in La Cala de Mijas and Riviera del SOl. Just 20 minutes from Malaga Airport and 20 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus it's the perfect place to be. It has it all!!! Beautiful beach, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets and a fantastic park and it's ALL with walking distance.

What makes this apartment unique

The property is within walking distance of everything in La Cala de Mijas. In addition, there are a number or cafes/restaurants right outside the property. A lidl supermarket is just across the road and there is a pull along trolley inside the apartment for you to use. Buses into Fuengirola and Marbella are right outside the door. Numerous golf courses are just a short taxi ride away and the taxi rank is within walking distance.

There is plenty of space for sunbathing around the pool and gardens. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included and changed weekly. Great location

This is a great apartment.. Really central for everything.. The apartment has everything you need for a enjoyable stay..

We was greeted by the owner..Who explained everything regarding the apartment... But should we needed to contact her. She was just a phone call away.. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again..

Lovely apartment, close everything, good pool and garden. Apartment basic but light and airy, basic

Enjoyed our week, close to everything, furnishings basic but all you need on holiday. Would definitely book again. Pool and garden good, wouldn't spend a whole day there but perfect for early and afternoon swim and an hour in the sun. Beach and village close by.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment which had all that we required.

Very comfortable bed, British TV and free WIFI

The communal pool was a bonus with friendly neighbours

Balcony gets the morning sun so is the perfect location for a light breakfast.

Lovely apartment great location

We really enjoyed out stay in La cala the apartment was spacious with everything we needed and in a great location just a couple of minutes from the beech and close to some great restaurants central la cala just a ten minute walk away. We loved the pool and swam most days would definitely book again. The owners were lovely and very helpful thank you Steph and Rachael

Well located apartment, flat walk into La Cala centre, close to the beach and shops.

Well located, roomy apartment.

My husband and I stayed in this first floor apartment for 2 weeks in Feb 2017

Clean first floor apartment, all facilites you need for a holiday.

Large terrace provides nice view overlooking pool with full sun until midday.

Flat walk to all local facilities and next to pedestrian bridge for easy access to La Cala market and Lidl.

Quiet locality with very little traffic noise. TV and wifi worked well.
