This beautiful Arabic designed townhouse is situated on the lovely El Sultan complex with local shops, supermarkets, cafés, buses, taxis and the spectacular sand dunes of Corralejo just around the corner. Beach, shopping center, Restaurants, and Baku Water Park is a few minutes walk away and the sea is about 900 meters from the complex. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom sleeps 6, has a large 50m2 private roof terrace with a 360 degree view over the sea with the Island Isla de Lobos and Lanzarote, the volcanic mountains in the west in lands, and the roof tops of Corralejo that gets sun from sunrise to sunset. It also exhibits a ground floor terrace opening out directly to the main and baby pools and gardens. Beautifully furnished it features a large comfortable sofa, WiFi, flat screen Internet TV, DVD player, luxurious bedding, wardrobes in each bedroom and fully fitted kitchen.

Outside: The house is found within a gated area (El Sultan) that can only be accessed by people with keys to the complex. Within the complex one can find gardens and pools both for children and adults. The front of the house access a small social area with two chairs and a table, the front door and the stair up to the roof terrace. Utility Room: Found in the kitchen is also a washing machine and just outside on the terrace is access to a portable laundry rack for easy laundry hanging or to hang wet clothes from the pools or the beach Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The house is fully equipped with linen and towels in all bedrooms and bathrooms and the property is cleaned after each visit. Other: The front door access a big hallway with a small table and chairs that is connected to the two bedrooms found on the upper floor and the staircase down to the ground level.

Relaxed area, lovely property and pool

After the initial hiccup of not being able to get access to the property, the holiday was lovely. Three large bedrooms with ensuites, with access to a shared pool, which was so quiet.

It could have done with more than 3 sunbeds.... had to alternate sharing s chair! Not ideal.

Overall a very chilled hols with lovely views and walks to the coast.

Chill Out time in Corralejo

Had a lovely quiet week relaxing at our accommodation in the El Sultan resort. We loved the roof terrace to relax, read and catch the sun rays. The pool was nice to cool down when needed. The apartment was well stocked and Maria allowed us to stay on after the check out time as we had a late flight. The Main Street has many nice shops and lovely restaurants, it's well worth a visit.

Spotless beautiful accommodation

Spent a lovely long weekend here and found it comfortable and near to everything. Town and beach only a short taxi or approx. 15 minute walk. Lots of shops and cafes nearby. Lovely pool which was quiet and amazing roof terrace. Perfect.

Lovely Villa

The villa was clean and well presented, once we got our bearings in a good position too-very quiet, but easy access with a 20 minute walk into the centre of town. There was 4 of us but 3 sunbeds, plus, my oversight being a residential area no where to leave bags on the last day.We would return

Lovely house and location

We took our grandchildren age 12 and 2 years for a week at El Sultan. Overall the property is well maintained. Could maybe re new the chipped crockery. Our grandson is will be 3 in January so managed the stairs quite well. May be more difficult for a younger child. We hired a bed guard so solved that little problem We had organised with Maria to leave our luggage at the house until 3pm on day of departure as we had an evening flight and there were new guests arriving that day at 4pm. 2 days before departure Rosa, the cleaner, turned up and very rudely told us we couldn't leave luggage. Despite my explaining we had an arrangement with Maria, the owner, she was adamant we couldn't leave it, A quick email to Maria and all was sorted. Rosa was the only fly in the ointment of an otherwise very happy holiday.

The location is a good 15 minute walk into town but taxis are cheap and available at Campanario. There are a few bars ,shops and restaurants close by for supplies. Close to waterpark too.

Maria was very helpful and always responded quickly to emails.

I will return to El Sultan

There are a number of small beaches in direct access to the small town of Corralejo and which can be reached by foot in 10 minutes. Outside the town the fantastic sand dunes were the desert landscape meets the ocean with lots of fantastic spots.


The airport in Puerto del Rosario is about 35 kilometers away and getting there by car takes approximately 30 minutes


The town center of Corralejo is approximately 10 minutes walk away
