Notes on accommodation: We welcome well behaved pets who have their relevant immunisations and up to date flea and tick treatments (as we do not want any unwanted guests after your stay!!!). Please do not leave your pets unattended in the main house as this could not only lead to damage to the property but could be distressing for your pet. There is an extra £25 charge per pet. Please bring your pets bedding etc as no pets are allowed on the furniture i.e. beds, sofa’s or in bedroom areas. Sorry no smoking allowed inside property. Outside: A large South facing fully enclosed bricked weaved patio garden, with gate leading out towards beach area. With secluded decked area with large stone BBQ ideal for sunbathing and outside dining. Patio table and chairs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is professionally cleaned before each letting. All beds are made up ready for your arrival. Towels - 1 bath sheet or bath towel per person. 4 hand towels 2 bath mats. Tea towels and Oven gloves. Other: Reception porch with hanging space leading to dining hall with expandable table with chairs, glazed double doors leading into living room. Tiled floors throughout downstairs areas. Staircase rising from hall area with stairgates in place at top and bottom

Booking via email or phone. £150 deposit required at time of booking, full payment within 60 days of holiday. £150 deposit is held as security deposit, refundable subject to terms and conditions within 14 days of departure. No smoking within the property.
on arrival you will find a “welcome pack” milk tea sugar are provided. There is also an initial supply of toilet rolls, hand soap, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
