Situated two minutes walk from the beach, 20 minutes drive from Valencia airport and less than three miles from the heart of Valencia city centre and university. This apartment is ideally located for holidays or a long weekend break.

The Port Saplaya marina boasts wonderful views of the Mediterranean sea to the east and mountains to the west and views of the marina and swimming pool from the terrace of the apartment. Great pool available June - September.

A supermarket and a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants are all within five minutes walk of the apartment.

Valencia has all year round good weather and a wide range of attractions and fiestas

Notes on accommodation: Personal welcoming to the area in English and Spanish. English speaking taxi collection from the airport and welcoming to the area can also be arranged (30 euros). Folder with local services and useful telephone numbers in apartment. A welcoming bottle of wine and nuts on your arrival. Outside: The marina is surrounded by communal pedestrianized gardens leading to local bars, plazas and beaches. The communal three swimming pools are easily accessibly with private passes and the main balcony of the apartment overlook to the main swimming with jacuzzi and children pool. The pool is open Mid-june - early September Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels included on arrival. For longer stayings linen and cleaning services can be arranged.

Lovely Apartment

Just had a lovely 2 week stay at this apartment. It was clean & comfortable & had everything you need, even beach towels, beach chairs & parasols. Nothing was too much trouble for the Owner who also arranged for an English speaking Taxi driver to collect us from Airport. The swimming pool did close down for the season the 2nd week in Sept, but the beach is only 2 mins away. We will definitely be back & can't rate it highly enough. Thank you Marie & Gary

Really enjoyable break

Overall we had a lovely stay in Port Saplaya.

I would recommend Gary and Maria's apartment. It is well run, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely week. Port Saplaya is very family oriented, low key and easy. There is handy access to the city of Valencia, and the local beaches are beautiful. The pool was well run.

Thanks guys, I will recommend you to my colleagues and friends.

Great location!

The apartment was located in a perfect position, it was close to the beach, close to restaurants and close to different shops. The apartment was great and had everything we needed. The owners were great and kept in regular contact before the stay to provide us with further information. Highly Recommended.

A well located apartment perfect for families

This apartment is approximately 20 minutes away from Valencia airport. Ideally located, with a large supermarket only a 5 minute walk away. The communal pool is great for children and adults. We enjoyed walking along the marina on the evening and trying out the different bars and restaurants. The beach is close by and if you walk further along we found a beach bar playing music with sunbeds / parasols for hire. The owner is very hospitable, and on our arrival we were given a complimentary bottle of red wine - a nice touch. The apartment is comfortable and the owner leaves beach chairs and a parasol for your use. Although there is air conditioning in the living room and hallway near the bedrooms, we would have preferred to have air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Overall a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Valencia enjoys a mild, all year through, good weather where its splendid gardens and oranges groves grow unspoiled within historic, monumental buzz of a modern city.

Pleasant long walks along the beaches or countryside can be enjoyed in this beautiful marina complex which also provides opportunities for sea fishing, surfing and scuba.


The apartment is located in a marina of the Mediterranean coast ( Costa Dorada) at only a few minutes walk to two sand beaches.

The south beach, after a relaxed 15 minutes stroll links to extensive, modernized promenade of Valencia main beach -la Malvarosa- and main port.


The main airport is Valencia - Manises- which is 20 minutes by car.

The complex offers hourly local buses and a nearby taxi rank. The distance to Valencia's town centre is less than 3 miles.

There is parking available for car users and cycle facilities.

The nearest underground stop is about 1 mile away in Alboraya with buses linking Port Saplaya to the Metro station ( Alboraya Palmoret).


Since the complex is within Valencia proximity there are many places of interest such as the Oceanografico, Biopac, La Albufera, Symbolic historical monuments ( Ball ring, Railway Station, Market ), El Turia and Botanic gardens.

Traditional villages with vegetables pitches "huertas" are at view from the apartment.
