Spacious ground floor apartment set in beautiful tropical gardens in a popular location Ample parking to the side of the property.

As well as a spacious lounge there is a large south facing enclosed terrace and a garden area to relax and enjoy the lovely tropical garden views.

The two bedrooms are both large with ample wardrobe space 1 double and 1 twin bedded with option of an occasional bed to accommodate 4 adults and 1 child .

Modern New walk in shower room with toilet and Vanity sink unit. Second bathroom with bath and shower toilet and washbasin newly refurbished 2017 to a high standard.

The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer,microwave crockery and utensils and has a utility area with washing machine and courtyard for drying clothes .

Front garden area has space for patio table and loungers .

Country club is on site where there is use of a lovely pool and jacuzzi bar restaurant and WIFI .Open may to October

There usually charge €3 per day €2 Jacuzzi to hire sunbeds with mattress / parasols awaiting charges to be confirmed for 2018

Many restaurants and bars banks supermarkets about 5 mins walk from apartment.

There is also a children’s play area bar and restaurant 5minutes walk away.

also have two sons one of my son is a teacher in Madrid.

I love the sun and travel as much as I can.

We have visited Spain many times and I love the climate and easy way of life especially the Costa del sol area .Early this year I visited The area around Marbella and Estepona with my mother to search for a holiday home.

WE both fell in love with the urbanisation patio Alcornocal and decided to buy there. The area has so many places to visit so its good to hire a car and the roads are easy to drive on and well signposted for visitors .The buses are also an easy option to use to get around along the coast .

Why Debbie Taylor chose El Paraíso

when we drove into Patio Acornocal I loved the typical Spanish look to the properties the white washed low rise buildings and beautiful landscaped Tropical gardens.

The area was very peaceful and private ,but walking distance to shops restaurants and supermarkets.

The El Paraíso country club which is privately owned is on site and has recently been completely refurbished there is use of their Pool ,restaurant and bar please note the Pool is Typically open between Early May to mid October .

Sunbed with mattress and Parasols towels and Jacuzzi are available around pool and charges apply .A 15 minute walk over a footbridge to a lovely beach with restaurants and bar and sunbeds or 5 minutes by car with free parking.

I hired a car and find it easy to drive around everything well signposted and you can park right next to apartment.

The property is managed by a local management company and they can arrange food boxes for your arrival at a small charge. If you require taxi transfers which for 4 people around 70€ and 5 people 100€ I can arrange this for you.

Buses are also available from the airport to the Apartment via Marbella bus station the tickets can be obtained just outside the terminal building time tables are available online.

Airport to Marbella bus station is around 10€ and then the Estepona bus to Benavista Commercial centre is 2€ then a 5 minute walk to apartment.

Or alternatively a taxi from Marbella to Apartment would be around €20

What makes this apartment unique

Nearby you have Estepona which has easy parking or on the bus route lovely wide beaches and lots of shops.

Puerto Banus is a very stylish marina with designer shops and Marbella for shopping and beaches .

Benahavis a pretty village with lovely restaurants a short drive . San Pedro nearby is a typical Spanish Town with lovely beaches.

A short stroll down from the apartment is BenaVista Commercial with many restaurants ,shops bars, banks also a childrens play area Los arcos with mini football pitch ,Bowls and Golf courses nearby.

There is an office at Patio Alcornocal where you can ask about places to visit and Juan Jose is English speaking.

Lovely apartment

Great location near Marbella with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Apartment was lovely , bigger than expected with everything we needed. Really lovely outlook onto beautifully maintained gardens. We stayed for two months and will be back. Thanks so much Debbie. Of course I will recommend!

Top notch apartment, fantastic location

We stayed here in September and the weather was fantastic. The accommodation is excellent – spacious, comfortable and in a great location, a real gem. The gardens are impeccably kept and the newly refurbished swimming pool and surrounding area is really relaxing. Five minutes walk away, there are a plethora of good restaurants. A short car journey away you have Marbella, Puerto Banús and Estepona, which offer a greater variety of restaurants/entertainment. For those wanting to venture further afield, would highly recommend Gibraltar and Ronda for day trips. Overall A*.

A Wonderful 2 weeks

The complex, El Paraiso is like an oasis. It is beautiful, peaceful and the people are very friendly. Sitting on the patio for breakfast, overlooking the beautiful gardens was one of the highlights of our holiday and will keep us going through the winter.

The apartment is large for a 2 bedroom one. I don't think the description does it justice. It was very clean and comfortable. Really the only thing missing is air con. If the apartment had air con I would give it 5 stars. Debbie the owner was very helpful and James the agent was warm and welcoming.

I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to families or couples. It has a lovely club and pool as well as being close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. We had a great 2 weeks and will certainly book the apartment again.

Great villa, best we have stayed in at El Paraiso

We had an amazing time. The villa is very well kept and spacious with 2 lovely modern bathrooms. The outdoor seating area is also great and we had family over several nights to have bbqs and play cards.

I have been going to El Paraiso for 30 years and it is the best villa I have stayed in there. Fully recommended!

Perfect property for a peaceful relaxing holiday

The apartment is clean, spacious, well equipped and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The grounds and gardens are well maintained, safe and peaceful

The country club and pool area are ideal just a few seconds walk from the apartment and free WiFi was a bonus for our three teenage grandchildren.

Lovely apartment

This is the second time staying at this apartment. The grounds and complex are lovely . The apartment itself has everything you would need. It does get very hot in August so we purchased some fans for the bedroom to keep cool during the night. Home from home and will definitely be staying again. The Waters Family Manchester

Car: not necessary

The El Paraiso ,Benavista area in the Costa Del Sol midway between Marbella and Estepona.Just A few Kilometers from the Famous Port area of Puerto Banus,which makes it an excellent holiday destination.

There are over 30 bars and restaurants within walking distance , and Los Arcos bar with a great childrens play area with mini football pitch open till late .

Supermarkets nearby within walking distance including Mercadona and a brand new Lidl and a Chinese supermarket.

There is also Banks with ATM A bakery ,Butcher , takeaway and pharmacy within walking distance

For Golfers

There are 15 courses within the immediate area making this a popular destination in the spring and Autumn.

Golf can be booked through local agent Golf Experience who can provide some of the best rates and they can also arrange car hire.

Alternatively there are a number of other car rental companies at the airport that can be booked online DO You Spain or Malagacar .com I have used in the past.

The apartment is approximately a beautiful 45 minute coastal drive from Malaga Airport or you can use the Toll road with is slightly quicker a charge of €7 .

I can also arrange a taxi transfer for you.

The bus is another option from airport to Marbella cost €6 then take taxi to apartment around €20.

Flying to Gibraltar airport apartment is 45 minute drive

Places to visit nearby are Benahavis village with roof top restaurants

San Pedro restaurants shops beaches

Estepona lovely open beach and marina many shops.

Puerto Banus for shopping and bars and restaurants nightclubs

Marbella great beaches shops restaurants and beach clubs.

Laguna Village and Famous beach club near to Estepona is a great day out with pool and designer shops.

Gibraltar famous for the Apes , tax free shopping many other attractions,
