Why Giovanni Tummino chose Manilva area

La Noria is a development which is built to the highest specification with marble flooring. Its beachfront location means the access to the promenade and beach are a stone's throw from the apartment. Facilities include 24 hour security, underground private parking with lift access to the garage, large enclosed swimming pool, childrens play area and 2 Paddle tennis courts. The really striking aspects of La Noria are the beautiful and expansive tropical gardens and water features and is within walking distance to the beach ( 10 seconds !! ), bars and restaurants.

What makes this apartment unique

There is ample room for sunbathing, relaxing and La Noria has direct access to the Sabinillas Promenade and its Blue Flag beach which credits it with excellent standards of facilities and cleanliness. Internally this 3rd floor apartment is presented to an excellent standard with a kitchen, open plan living room and 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms ( one en suite ). The property is fully furnished. The terrace boasts sea and coastal views which are stunning by day and create a wonderful ambience by night.This apartment is a wonderful choice for those looking for a high quality apartment which is within walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants.

Lovely place to stay

Giovanni goes out of his way to be helpful ,the apartment was spotlessly clean, and having just been refurbished very up to date ,light airy,and spacious there are lots of little extras such as a box with toys in for the children,umbrella for the beach, chairs for the beach , which really is 5 mins away the pool looks great, didn't go in as it was a winter break there was even a shopping bag on wheels ( don't laugh) great if like my husband and I you are senior citizens, or want to do a big shop when you arrive at the Lydl which is just across the road at the front of the apartments. The road is a busy main one, so a crossing is being constructed as we speak, turn left out off the gated entrance at the promenade side ,through the gardens, and there are all the restaurants and little bars, and a lovely clothes,fruit, jewellery market every Friday. We had a great stay, and would recommend to family and friends,in fact have done already
