Apartment in Swanage, Dorest, England - Convenient Location, 2 Minute Walk to Town Centre, Cafes and Galleries.

Our spacious apartment is situated on the ground floor of a substantial building that was constructed around the turn of the 20th century. It stands in a convenient position, about 100m from the sea front, and a 2 minute walk to the town centre and famous steam railway. The apartment comes with an allocated parking space.

It has two double bedrooms a bathroom and a separate toilet as well .

We are a non-smoking establishment.

About Louise Palmiero

My name is Louise - I live in Milton Keynes with my husband and five children .

As a child i enjoyed lots of family holidays In Swanage and I fell in love with this quaint seaside town , lots of wonderful memories . My children now love it as much as I do and my two eldest have been on holidays there too !

When my dear dad died, a few years ago, and left some inheritance - we thought he would have approved of us buying a flat and carrying on with the memories . My sister lives in Scotland , my mum near us , so between us and our children we all use it and love it there .

When we are not using it we rent it out - hope you love it as much as we all do !

As soon as we looked at this property we all loved it . A beautiful, high ceilinged , spacious , ground floor apartment that had a lovely feeling about it . The location was more than we had hoped for - so close to the beach you can wear your swimming stuff down ( if your brave enough!!!!! ) a few minutes to the town and out of the back door , bottom of the road - the green that looks out to sea ( sometimes I take a cup of tea down there , sit on the bench and take it all in ) !

A beautiful spacious apartment in a perfect location. This was our second stay in a year and we enjoyed it every bit as much as the first time.

Fantastic, well positioned & presented apartment

What a glorious place. Two mins walk from the seafront and only ten mins from pretty much anywhere you'd want to go in the town. The property is huge, well equipped with everything you could need. Can't recommend it enough.

Excellent position in beautiful seaside town

All I need to say is this apartment is perfect in every way for a stay in the most beautiful seaside resort I've been to. It was easy to find, just stay on the main road going into Swanage towards the beach and it'll come up on your left just before a set of lights. Apart from the kitchen the apartment is huge with 2 really good size double rooms and plenty of cupboard space skattered throughout. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. The advert doesn't lie, it is literally a 2 mins stroll from the beach and 5 mins at a very slow walk to the High Street where you'll find shops, restaurants and bars. All in all this was the best holiday we've had on the English mainland and a lot of that was down to Louise's fantastic apartment (that's the view of everyone in my party). I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment to couples or families alike. Can't wait to go again

A roomy and welcoming apartment with off road and reserved parking, very comfortable and an ideal location from which to enjoy Swanage, a short stroll down to the beach or into the town for the shops or railway or bus station.

Great apartment, great location

we found the appartment easily and parking was just outside the front door. The living room was very child friendly and the 2 bedrooms were a good size and would fit 2 adults in each easily. Plenty of room for a cot as well. Plenty of room in the hallway for a pram also and the kitchen was small but well equiped and suitable for a holiday. The road in is just outside but unless you listen for it you wont notice it. On a sunny day you can walk to the beach in swimming stuff as it is so close.

You can hear the steam train from the appartment which is lovely and town is a couple of minutes walk away.

Only few negatives which are the silicon in the bathroom was moldy and would take 30 mins to replace, water pressure was poor and hot water took minutes to come through. Also the people upstairs were very noisy which meant our 1 year old kept getting woken up.

In september my wife and i spent a lovely week at Richmond lodge. We found it spacious and comfortable. It was convenient for beach,bus station and shops, bars,restaurants, etc. we will look forward to having a holiday there in the future.
