Cottage in Stow-on-the-wold, the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire, England - Private Parking And A Secluded Patio Garden

A stone cottage in a quiet location but within a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Stow-on-the-Wold. Although the cottage is only 20 years old, the interior has been sympathetically designed to provide a cosy cottage feel. The cosy lounge/diner has a real wood burning stove and double door leading out onto a patio garden. There is a good sized, newly fitted kitchen/ breakfast room with washing machine and dishwasher. The cottage also has a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a cozy single attic room and a family bathroom. The cottage benefits from a private parking spaces as well as easy on-road parking. Freeview TV is available as is free WIFI.

“Fantastic cottage and location”

5 of 5 stars

Just returned from a lovely few days stay at Yew Tree Cottage. Excellent location within a few minutes walk of shops and pubs. Cottage had everything for a relaxing break, very clean and cosy feeling to the place. Stayed with my husband, 12 year old daughter and Cocker Spaniel. Hope to stay here again soon.

I stayed at Yew Tree Cottage with 2 friends from Germany as a base for our Cotswold discovery tour. The Cottage was perfect for the 3 of us, a real 'Home from Home'. It is very tastefully decorated with a lot of attention to detail. The location was perfect, in a quiet street but within easy walking distance to the centre with lovely shops, pubs and restaurants. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage and the beauty and quaintness of the Cotswold.

What a lovely stay we had at the Yew Tree Cottage. The cottage is really near to everything and contains of everything you'll need for a nice holiday stay. Our little family of 3 enjoyed every bit of it. We can highly recommend Stow on the Wold and Yew Tree Cottage, a perfect hideaway in beautiful country side of Cotswold. Now back in Sweden we miss all the nice flowers, pubs and historic walks around the city.

Yew Tree Cottage, Stow-on-the-Wold.

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely couple of days in this really beautifully appointed cottage. The cottage was very well appointed and immaculate.

The Bell at Stow is an excellent pub / restaurant and welcomed our dog too. New England Coffee House was also excellent and dog friendly.

We would also certainly recommend a trip to The Slaughters for a walk and some lunch at The Slaughters Country Inn.

A lovely area which we have returned to many times and would highly recommend both this property and the area.

It's a lovely cottage a few minutes walk from the town centre. The cottage is nicely decorated with well equipped kitchen. We particularly enjoyed lightning the wood burner in the evenings. I would definitely recommend it to others and look forward to staying there again! Thank you David and Miriam

Cute and cozy!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great stay at the cottage! Amazing place for a girls trip of 4. It was easy to find, comfortable, and very well equipped. A very quick walk into Stow and absolutely everything you need is in the town. The kitchen was great to prep all meals. David was extremely helpful in booking our stay and communicating back and forth. We would love to go back with our partners!

Great location in a beautiful village

  • 5 of 5

The house had everything you could need for a most enjoyable stay. All the amenities were first rate, furnishings comfortable and attractive, location only a couple of minutes walk away from the main street of Stow. Many attractive villages only a short distance drive and great local walks. Our host went out of his way to assist us when we needed to alter the payment arrangements, which was very much appreciated. A thoroughly delightful visit!

Great Stay in Stow

  • 5 of 5

Great property in Stow and central in the Cotswalds. Fit our family 5 very well, great having 2 bathrooms. Everything was very comfortable and as described. Quiet little neighborhood with a couple minute stroll into downtown Stow, also has a large market for food shopping which was nice. We explored neighboring towns, 1 hour drive to Stonehenge or Bath, all doable in a day. Would stay here again and recommend it.
