Central Marbella city, Costa del Sol, Spain - It can be considered as unique. Great location with amazing ocean views.

Great location!

This 2 bedroom apartment sits directly on the beach walk in central Marbella and has both top location and top view. Only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful old town and the lovely Plaza de Naranjos with its variety of designer shops, tapas bars, restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the Marbella marina and a 1 hour stroll along the beach to Puerto Banus.

Spacious apartment overlooking the beach, ocean, Puerto Banus and African coastline. The balcony provide the perfect place for watching the stunning sunsets (low season when the sun is lower) and overlooks the boardwalk and best beaches.

South facing with 7 metros long balcony, situated in front of the best beaches.

2 double bedrooms and a comfortable sofa and sofa chair in the living room: a couple & 2 children or a total of 5 pax.

The main bedroom has big glass doors from floor to ceiling. Panoramic view towards the activity in the ocean with all the boats.

The second bedroom has 3 comfortable single beds. Fabulous harbor view from the window!

The very modern sitting room is equipped with sofa group and dining table group for the whole family. The sitting room have direct access to the bacony (for sunbathing and al fresco dining).

Wifi conection, dvd and films.

The kitchen is in a separate small room with hob, micro, dish washer, washing mashine, coffee maker, water kettle, tea pot, toaster, mixer, fridge and small freezer.

All windows have black out electricity - curtains.

The old city and the city center with shops, bars and restaurants are at short walking distance from the apartment.

A car is not necessary. But we can provide you with a safe parking space right outside the apartment building.

Located on Marbella promenade, this self catering 2 bed apartment is ideal for your holiday.

You dont need a car, you Walk easily everywhere. Nice restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shopping moments away.

Amazing view

We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights. The location is fantastic - right on the beach and a short walk to Orange Square, shopping and tons of restaurants! The beach views from the apartment were amazing and we enjoyed meals on the large balcony. Everything worked in the apartment Jessica was wonderful to deal with. The only problem we had was parking - since we were there during the busiest travel time, we weren't always able to get a parking spot in the lot and had to park off site. I would definitely return to this amazing apartment!

Nice, spacious place, with perfect location

Great communication and booking process. Parking spot was a big plus. Unfortunately, there was a big rain storm the night we stayed so didn't get to enjoy the beach, but it was still beautiful to hear the rain and the crashing waves. Some of the fixtures were a little older when I stayed, but I know they have since renovated with new ones. Overall very good experience and if you like Marbella a good and romantic place to stay.

The most amazing panaramic views of Marbella

This lovely apartment was perfect for my stay in Marbella. The location right on the beach, close to so many restaurants along the seafront and walking distance from the beautiful old town, was just perfect. The fantastic terrace/balcony with views of the sea, town and mountains was wonderful. We spent all our time on the balcony rather than inside. My first impression of the inside of the apartment was that it was much smaller than it looked in the photos, but once we got used to that it was perfectly adequate. I am aware that the bathroom and downstairs cloakroom have now been renovated which will be a real asset. The kitchen facilities are limited, but we only had breakfast in the apartment on a couple of occasions and used all the wonderful restaurants nearby for the rest of the time. The two beautiful swimming pools in the lovely gardens are clean and very well maintained and the added bonus of the café/restaurant on site was great. The owner also arranged our pick up and drop off at the airport by the lovely lady who looks after the apartment for them. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a break by the sea in sunny Spain.

The balcony provides the perfect place for watching the stunning sunsets and overlooks the board walk and beach. Perfect for al fresco dining.

This apartment provides a comfortable holiday home for those who just want to relax, unwind and soak up the Spanish sun or those who wish to explore the delights of Andalucia.

The location is very central, everything close, you walk everywhere. No car needed!!

We live in central Marbella and normally meet our guests upon arrival and are on hand if you should require any assistance during your stay.

  • Notes on accommodation: The location is right on the beach. It has many glassdoors and windows. The natural breeze from the ocean keeps this apartment fresh and cold. This is a very quiet location, no bars restaurants etc in the building. Only the sounds of th waves;) Outside: Ideally located on the sea front in the centre of Marbella with shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and beaches all within easy walking distance. The building has direct access to the pool area, 2 pools. Also a children pool with life guard. The pool are open high season. Normally 15 june-15 september. There is a taxi rank within a 1 minute walk and bus stops within 5 minutes. The apartment is cleaned between lettings. All guests are provided with fresh quality bedlinen and towels for inside. Even extra big outdoor towels for the beach summertime.
