Lovely lodge in good position with views of Portland

  • 4 of 5

We loved the lodge which was very well equipped. The only drawback was very hard uncomfortable mattresses, but I suppose it is personal choice. We went out every day to sightsee and spent most evenings in. We went to the clubhouse on the Saturday night and found everyone very friendly and joined in with the quiz. It is a lovely site and lodge, and we had a great holiday. Thankyou

Great views

  • 4 of 5

Small friendly site. The staff (reception, pool and bar) were really good and helpful sorted us out with pass cards so we could use the facilities (needs to be mentioned in the info) even though they were about to close reception and told us about purchasing Sealife centre ticket through them saving us a lot of money. We had a great week with my daughter and grandchildren. My husband spent hours with his binoculars looking at the boats. The only down side was the twin beds which were lumpy and uncomfortable, new mattresses or mattress toppers would help.

Charming, fantastic location and views to die for.

  • 5 of 5

This is a hidden gem! The lodge is excellent with all your creature comforts. Beautiful verander which we used every night and great security for kids as you can lock the gate!. Theirs not much more I can say about the lodge as it's a perfect holiday family base. Just make sure your cars got a good hand break quite steep parking lol.

We thought the complex was also exceptional with great quality food in the restaurant and beautiful surroundings. Pool was lovely apart from the jobsworth pool boy who had let a little control go to his head! This is really personal so not to take anything away from the park.

As I said excellent place and hope to be back next year.

Fabulous location. Pool great in good weather. Property was basic but adequate for our needs.

  • 4 of 5

Fabulous location with great walks along the coast path in either direction. The outdoor pool was really warm and there is a great local pub a 5 minute walk away across the fields. Bedrooms are small and very thin walls but location makes up for the basic accommodation. We would be happy to return and would recommend the property to others.

Great location and amazing views!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay at Osmington Mills. The property was very clean and well maintained.

The location was also very good, being very close to Durdle Door and also from the busy town of Weymouth. There were amazing coastal walks that start from just behind the property, which was an additional bonus. Definitely will be coming back again.
