Lovely apartment with sea views and perfect location and good size pool

Super located and well equipped three bedroom apartment (sleeps 5), in a small complex with communal well maintained swimming pool with clear views of the mountains. Situated in a quiet area, popular with families, walkers, cyclists, golfers, climbers or perfect for beach enthusiast who want to relax.

The large sandy beach, local restaurants and supermarkets are just a minute's walk away. The accommodation includes 3 good size bedrooms with air con (and or heating), throughout so perfect for all year round.

Two good size double rooms with built in wardrobes, and a single bedroom all making it perfect for a family. Each bedroom is complete with towels and linen, not to mention the complementary beach towels. There are two bathrooms with showers, and a nice bath. The large lounge/dining area offers a comfy sofa, tv, wood burning stove, modern fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and all appliances. The utility room has a new washing machine and there is WIFI throughout. The balcony is perfect for a relaxed evening drink whilst the sun sets; with the option of a BBQ on the roof terrace.

The outside area offers gated secure parking leading to a good size swimming pool with plenty of sun beds in a peaceful location. The well maintained gardens with lovely planted flowers are only a 100 yards from the nature reserve!!

The apartment is perfectly located being only a stone's throw from everything Puerto Pollensa has to offer. Bars, restaurants, shops - everything on your doorstep. Even the town square itself is only a five minute walk away.

About the Owner

We first visited Puerto Pollensa 30 years ago and simply fell in love with the place. A lot has changed over the time but I can honestly say that the area is better than ever. There is an listable number of restaurants and bars which never seem to disappoint. My family has grown up her and the safe, but fun environment has led to May happy holidays and fantastic memories.

Great location and lovely clean pool. However the apartment could do with some maintenance, such as the doors rehanging so they don't scrape, and the shower taps fixing as we couldn't switch them off, or get consistent hot water.

Also please note the advert is misleading, as there is NO WIFI at all, and only one aircon unit in the hallway leading to the bedrooms, so you need to leave your door open if you want to stay cool.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments I I I am glad you had a lovely holiday. We were unable to get WIFI to the apartment it is so very difficult over there. We did try to remove this from owners diirect site and I have done this AGAIN now. So hopefully all up to date now. There are many many restaurants that offer excellent WIFI. We update the apartment every winter and take on board maintenance suggestions .

Perfect location

Property is in a perfect location, very close to beach (100 yards) but far enough away as not to be noisy. Close to all amenities and a nice 5 minute walk through a small nature reserve to a well stocked supermarket. Easy parking for property. Was met by Joe who showed us all the necessaries for the apartment. Gas hob, electric oven and hot water on demand. Everything worked although tv was hard to fathom. Great roof terrace for catching afternoon sun and gives really good views across the bay. All in all I would certainly recommend this property

p.s Weather was absolutely great.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location.

Great apartment, clean and spacious in a quiet cut-de-sac. All facilities you could need, including a washing machine, and with a private pool which was nearly always empty when we were there.

The owners representative met us and gave us a quick run through of the important stuff and came back midweek to change towels etc.

For us, we like to be as near as possible to all the amenities and this apartment is about as close as you can get. 100m from the beach, and a 5 min walk to the middle of town. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops on the way.

We've stayed here 3 times now and would highly recommend to couples or families.

Excellent apartment in a great location.

Having previously visited Puerto Pollensa we chose this property because of its location (car not essential!). The property is exactly as described by the owner and offered all the facilities that we required.

On arrival we were met by the owners representative who offered advice and demonstrated operation of the major facilities (aircon, washing machine etc.).

We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to prospective clients.

Coast/Beach:

One minute walk to the long, lovely, sandy beach.

Travel:

Palma Airport is only a 40 minute drive away - Puerto Pollensa can be reached by taxi, Resort Hoppa, bus or hire car.

Distances:

Just a couple of minutes by foot to the centre of Puerto Pollensa along the sea front.

There is a good choice of shops and restaurants all close to the apartment. Both Pollensa and Alcudia old towns can easily be reached by bike (can be hired locally) car or bus (10 minutes)

Further Details:

There is a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, including many of the best fish restaurants in the area.

There are several English and Irish bars in the pretty square mixing with designer cocktail bars and is the perfect place to enjoy the friendly night life.

There is a weekly market every Wednesday 08.00 to 13.00 selling fresh products and local delicacies together with flowers and craft items.

Local supermarkets are a large Eroski at the entrance to the Port on the left opposite the petrol station - open Mon-Sat 9am to 10pm - Sun 10am - 2pm and a number of smaller supermarkets in the Port
