The swimming pool can be reached from leaving the front door, along the communal gardens to the end of the apartment block. The swimming pool is enclosed in a lockable private gardens, with sun beds and is for the sole use of just the 6 apartments.

Spacious and well located

Very well located apartment, close to beach and town centre. It was well equipped, and also a good size providing ample room for 4 adults and 2 children. The terrace was particularly spacious and was utilised for evening entertainment throughout our weeks stay. The hammock in the garden was a firm favourite with the children.

Excellent, spacious apartment in the perfect loca.

Fabulous spacious apartment in the perfect spot. Two mins walk to nearest beach and bars/restaurants and only a short distance from the main area in Cala D'Or. Having visited Cala D'Or seven or eight times already we knew the apartment location well and it was perfect for us. Clean and spacious and all the facilities you would need, a proper home from home. The terrace and garden area are excellent and the hammock was occupied by our daughter at every opportunity...... and she didn't fall out once!!! Six of us stayed, myself and my husband and our two children ages 15 and 11 along with my parents in their 70's. We all had a fabulous holiday and are just organising next years trip back. You will not be disappointed I guarantee.

All about location, location, location!!

Apartment is half a minute to beach, 5 minutes to centre, great for all e family to get around

The apartment is spacious, huge private garden and has every home comfort you would need from a holiday home. Will be back!

Lovely Apartment

We stayed in this apartment early May 2014. Prior to our arrival communication with the owners was superb. Ally and Mick responded quickly via e-mail to our queries and the booking procedure was easy and efficient. Very good written instructions were provided on how to get to the apartment - the exact location on the street was a little ambiguous - though we should have taken a little more notice of the picture of the front door on the instructions! The apartment itself is very well equiped - you are wanting nothing and the welcome supplies of drinks in the fridge were well received! The apartment has three double rooms (one adjacent to the living area) a bathroom/toliet and a shower/toilet. A travel cot (with bedding) and a highchair was supplied for the youngest in our party. There is a tv, video and sky tv and wi-fi - which kept ALL of our party very happy! Outside there is a lovely well kept garden and a hammock strung between two large palm trees - much fighting for poll position took place! There are many sunloungers available for those who don't make it to the hammock first. There is a gate to the upper patio which meant we could keep the younger members of our party away from the garden when necessary, though if you are taking very young children or elderly people there are three steps without a handrail from the large patio down to the garden where the outside eating and loungers are. We only used the adjacent pool once during our stay as it was early in the season and the water was too cold for the children. The pool is deep so I would think it takes a while for the water to heat up in the sun. The pool and the area around seems well maintained and clean. The ap

A great family holiday

Our holiday apartment in Cala D'or met all our expectations and more, especially the milk, bottled water & drinks in the fridge. Booked through the "owners Direct" link to "holidayscalador". Our ground floor apartment "CBG" was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, TV, Sky, DVD player lots of dvd's and games etc. It had a large patio area, some under cover, leading down to a well kept and tidy garden. From the front door approx. 15 metres to the privately gated shared swimming pool. Lots of Loungers in a well kept garden setting. Our grand children spent time every day in the pool during our stay (24th/31st May 2014). Everything was to hand, the beach, shops, taverna's and super markets. Cala D'or resort is smart, clean and well kept, we were pleased with it's character and general appearance. The online booking procedure was straight forward and Alison & Mick were very helpful and responded to our queries promptly. All in all a great family holiday.

Fantastic location, only a few minutes walk to the beach, centre and 10 minutes to the marina. With 190 sqm of private gardens and terraces, this apartment is ideal for families wanting space and to be close to all amenities on holiday

Cala Gran beach is at the end of the road, (one minute walk). Lovely family beach with sun beds and parasols, and beach bar with toilets, showers and cafe. Stairs or long slope for those with pushchairs or wheelchairs


Palma de Mallorca airport is a 45 minute drive away

We can arrange transfers if required


Santanyi is a lovely market town just 7kms away and holds two markets each week on Wednesday and Saturday
