Apartment in Torre del Mar, Costa del Sol, Spain - Excellent Location.

In Torre del Mar, Málaga, Avenida Toré Toré, the best area in Town. Literally 50 metres from the seawalk, recently reformed to high standard 1 bedroom apartment, fully furnished and decorated, including air conditioning hot/cold. Sofa bed. Cable TV in all rooms, WIFI, towels, Linen. etc. It is a first floor. On the best area of Torre del Mar, many restaurants, shops, hotels, sport centre, pharmacy, bus,taxi, supermarkets, just round the corner. We also offer a cheap door-to-door transfer service from and to Málaga Airport, at only 40 euros each trip. Only for our customers.

About Javier Gamez

44 years old Spanish architect based in Torre del Mar. I speak Spanish, English, French and Italian. I have designed and carried out the reform of this apartment myself, to the best of my knowledge.

I think that I am a serious and reliable landlord, and at the same time I try to keep a friendly attitude with my clients.

Why Javier Gamez chose Axarquia (Costa del Sol)

Being a local architect, one could think that I know the area quite well. After a long period of searchich the right place, I decided to buy property in this place for a number of reasons:

1.- It is very close to the seawalk and the beach. 2.- Is is placed on the best area ot Torre del mar, the Avenida Toré Toré. With great access to the beach, to the national road, motorway, etc 3.- This area has everything one could need at walking distance: bars, restaurants, shops, sport centre, hotels, campiong, pharmacy, doctors, bus, taxi, police station, massage centre, and many more. 4.- This place has an evident rental potential all year round.

What makes this apartment unique

Staying at this property will let you enjoy all the amenities of Torre del mar without need of car. Everything, including the seawalk and beach, is literally 50 to 100 metres away. Then you have bus stop and taxi round the corner. And at the same time, I can say that this neighbourhood is very peaceful and not at all noisy. To me, it is, by far, the best area in Town.

SO GLAD WE GAVE IT A TRY

First of all I would like to say what a pleasant and helpful man Javier the owner is. Kept in touch from booking to arriving.

The apartment couldn't be located better as it is close to the seafront and surrounded by a host of excellent restaurants.

There is everything you need in the apartment if you wish to self cater. The area outside is quite at night and the comfortable bed adds to a peaceful sleep.

Outside is a wraparound balcony giving good views of the surrounding area.

I would highly recommend staying here and if we return next year this will be the first place on my list.

Great location, good value for money.

Property was small as stated, but adequate for our needs as staying for a month. Property was very clean on arrival, bed linen was brand new and kitchen accessories were again adequate. I do agree with previous comment about washing machine. Property only 2mins from beach, restaurants and shops. Property was good value for money, owner was able to offer airport transfers so no need to hire a car. Javier the owner was very nice and helpful. I would not hesitate to return to the property. Noisy

The apartment was small as stated. The towels provided were very old and thin. I requested different ones but the alternative were the same. Difficult to use the washing machine as the work top covered the detergent dispenser. The owner did not warn us that he is renovating the building. The noise of drilling and banging started at 8.30 am ending at 7pm. We were advised to buy ear plugs then the owner offered too find us alternative accomodation. We stayed on because the apartment is convenient for shops, restaurants and the sea front. We had also unpacked before the noise had started. The workers did cease work on Saturday and Sunday.

It was clean but I would not recommend the property due to the noise.

Excellent apartment, only 2 years old. Nicely furbished and decorated. Very well located, Very comfortable.

Spanish landlord speaking fluent English. Serious and reliable, yet friendly and flexible. Pets and children accepted, but I expect a responsible behaviour. We can pick you up from the airport on demand, door-to-door transfer service. We even put lour luggage in your apartment.
