Just two miles from Aldeburgh, this spacious self catering holiday cottage boasts a large open plan kitchen/dining room, sun room, living room, snug, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a games room. The large garden has a delightful patio area ideal for al fresco dining.

Beautifully furnished family friendly house in great location.

We loved our recent stay at Dormy House. The house is beautifully furnished and well proportioned. It is obviously a much loved family home, the kitchen is very well stocked and a great room to spend time in. It is situated in a great area, walking distance to the pub, the beach and the boating lake and a short drive from Aldeburgh. We hope to come back again.

lovely house, first class location. home from home ,highest spec. highly recommended.

perfect holiday stay. every thing we needed, newly decorated fantastic spacious property next to the Dolphin pub and a stone's throw from the beach. couldn't be better.
