This private villa is located at Cala Blanca and has three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The inusual round tower provides a special character to this typical minorcan property and with its large garden, carefully maintained, together with its large private pool, makes your stay an absolute pleasure. It has everything needed to have a great time and live in comfort. The property is located just 2 miles from the historic town of Ciutadella with its Cathedral, narrow streets and pictorial harbour, plus other attractions. The villa is ideal for families and/or friends and can accommodate up to seven persons ( 6 adults + children). This home will provide enjoyment and make your holidays unforgettable. Minorca has some wonderful beaches and some of the best are found south of Ciutadella such as Son Saura, Macarelleta, Cala Mitjana or Cala Tuqueta, to name but a few.

Return visit

Long awaited return after visting in 2019. Accommodation just as comfortable and location just as relaxing as we had remembered. Any (very minor) issues were, again, sorted very efficiently

lovely villa

Villa Julia is a really lovely villa. Lots of space inside and out. The bedrooms are all large and comfy, the bathrooms excellent. We had a storm one day and it was nice to relax in the comfortable lounge watching telly and reading. Kitchen is well stocked and the outside kitchen with bbq is a real treat. Spent most days sitting on the very comfy chairs around the garden table. Plenty of loungers for relaxing too. The very pretty, well maintained gardens and a great pool are icing on the cake. The area is really quiet yet a short walk to all amenities and the coast. Richard the owner is exceptional, from the time of booking until check out he made sure everything went without a hitch. Thank you Richard , we had a wonderful time in this beautiful villa.

Lovely villa

We had a great time at the villa with our 18 month old. Lovely pool, great location, beautiful surroundings. Would absolutely recommend.
