About the property

3 bedroom villa within walking distance of restaurants. WIFI. Sleeps 6

The property is set over two levels with the majority of the living and bedroom space currently arranged on the first floor area. This first floor space houses a kitchen, living and dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

A staircase leads down to the lower floor, which is completely open to the lake. There is a third bathroom downstairs, ideal to shower in after coming in from the garden as well as a laundry room. From this level there is direct access to the garden, which slopes gently down to the beach area. Two sets of stairs on either side of the property go back to the parking area.

The interior has been arranged so that all rooms offer beautiful views of the lake. The views from the property are exceptional. There are fantastic lake views across to the opposite shore with the picturesque towns and villas of Meina, Lesa and Belgirate.

About Jo Mackay

I am a mother with 2 young children, age 9 & 12 and a very busy husband! I gave up work with Procter and Gamble 9 years ago to spend time at home with the children. I have loved being able to spend so much time with them. However, with both children now at school, I was keen to start working again. I initially enjoyed managing two of our own holiday properties in the Italian Lakes which we bought in 2008 and 2009 following our first visit to the area in 2007. However, I have now started to manage holiday homes for others, not just in the Italian Lakes, but elsewhere in Italy through my website - I carefully select each property and ensure that I maintain that personal but professional service level that I believe holidaymakers are looking for.

Outside: The property has private off street parking to the rear of the villa. The parking area is several feet above the lake level. A door from the parking area leads to the first floor of the property where most of the living space is arranged. There is a large private garden to the front of the villa. This is a large lawned area, stretching down to the lakeside. It is ideal for those who enjoy sunbathing but is also large enough for children to play. Sun loungers are provided. The property also has a large terrace measuring approximately 20 square metres which leads off the living and dining area. This terrace is equipped with both a dining table and chairs as well as more relaxed seating around a central coffee table. Utility Room: There is a laundry room with washing machine on the lower level of the property. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is thoroughly cleaned ahead of your arrival. Additional cleaning can be provided during your stay if required. This is charged at an hourly rate. Please ask for more details.
