This 3 bedroom townhouse is fully furnished and can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. It has air-conditioning in the lounge and all 3 bedrooms as well as ceiling fans. There is English cable TV so you can keep up with all your favourite soaps, and fast 20 mbps fiber optic wifi all included in the price. It is situated steps from the coast, walking distance to beaches and is only minutes away on foot in the other direction to the heart of Cabo Roig. Here there are numerous restaurants and bars, catering for all tastes. It is not necessary to hire a car if all you want to do is relax by the pool or on one of the blue flag beaches. However, if you wish to explore beautiful countryside and scenic mountain ranges, visit one of the many Spanish villages and towns within the area, a car is advisable. The house is ideally located for many of the golf courses all within a 10-30 minute drive. Please note, the property is a non smoking house, but smoking facilities are available outside on one of the terraces/solarium. Included in your rental is use of bedding and towels etc, so just bring your clothes and sun cream!

Notes on accommodation: In the Summer/Autumn, all terraces benefit from the sun from early morning to early evening. During the Winter/Spring months, you can enjoy breakfast alfresco downstairs from mid morning and sunbathe on the top terrace until late afternoon. The properties has a lockable gate and is within a secure urbanisation therefore children are completely safe. The urbanisation is a short walk to the 'Golden Mile' bars and restaurants and is very quiet during the day and at night. The house has tiled/marbled floors and stair banisters. The house is non-smoking. Outside: Front terrace has a table and chairs for outside dining, a large retractable sun awning to keep you cool, The house is south facing! A large communal swimming pool with umbrellas to give shade for those who want it. Utility Room: An enclosed utility area with a sink and shower so you can wash off your beach things and store them safely. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property is cleaned prior to your arrival. All linen and towels are provided. Please provide your own pool/beach towels there is a 60€ cleaning fee payable on arrival at key hand over. Additional linen change can be arranged for an additional charge. Other: The private rooftop balcony is ideal for relaxing, eating, drinking and chatting during the warm evenings.

Spacious and comfortable

This was an amazing house it was so clean and not dated which some Spanish places can be. I stayed here for two weeks in August peak season and the area around the property was not at all noisy despite being so close to 'the strip' with all the bars and clubs! The strip is not crazy party town buy has a few good bars to have a late night drink and a little dance people are friendly I've never seen a brawl the entire 3years I've been to the area each year.we didn't hire a care and was able to get everything we needed from the supermarket just up the street and walk to the nearby shopping centre la Zenia Boulevard (love this place)but if your not a big Walker then maybe a 40 minutes walk is to much in which case by all means hire a car and explore further like the habaneras shopping centre or the water park in torreveja. The pool was clean and not busy all the time which is nice you don't have to get up super early to reserve a space the other residents were very courteous and friendly, I absolutely will book this place for next year! the only downside is not having wifi, unlike alot of other places have it wasn't a big issue as I had mobile data and could still communicate with friends and family at home as I said what is lacks it most certainly makes up for in everything else Adrian was a pleasure to meet as was Geoff they made the entire journey from the airport easy, my stay enjoyable and stress free as the both live close by I had a wonderful time thank you so much!!!!

Town house near the beach

The town house is situated in a great location . In a gated community close to restaurants bars and supermarkets . You can walk to the beach within 10 mins to fantastic beaches suitable for children of all ages . Life guards are on duty from 10 am until 8 pm every day .

There is a communal swimming pool which is not large as described but very well kept and great for children .

I was only disappointed with the air conditioning .

It was described with air con and fully furnished .Be warned the air con is only on the ground floor and not in any of the bedrooms . There were overhead paddle fans but the property was so hot upstairs it was unbearable thus making it very difficult to sleep . Would not recommend if you have children of any age .

I would not return to this property because of the air con other wise is a nice house in a good location .

We also cooked at home several times again I was disappointed with the kitchen equipment . I bought plastic Tupperware containers and new chopping boards .It lacked spatulas serving spoons, serving dishes to make salads and a good colander. The colander that was there was a flimsy plastic and a complete waste of time to drain pasta for hungry boys and actually dangerous !!

I would not recommend to any of my friends or family to stay here .

Although a thriving international tourist resort, Cabo Roig is surrounded by 'real Spain' with all the beauty that it has to offer, such as mountain ranges (Sierras), scenic drives and national parks. There are local facilities for all the family such as go-karting, funfairs, scuba diving, paragliding, deep sea fishing, water skiing, chartered boat excursions, horse riding, street markets and much more. There is a bus service to Torrevieja which is a vibrant seaside town with cosmopolitan shopping centres, flea markets, a new marina and beautiful seafront promenades. There is also a choice of 3 water parks for all the family. 5 minutes drive at La Zenia is a fantastic shopping Mall called La Zenia Boulevard, with many shops including Zara, C&A, Primark, Pandora, Benetton and a great choice of restaurants and entertainment on every night during the summer months.


The house is within walking distance to many sandy beaches, many of which have the European Blue Flag Award for cleanliness and safety. Most beaches have a cafe bar or restaurant for refreshments and the larger beaches provide water sport facilities. Sunbeds and parasols are available for rent on most beaches. For those who enjoy walking it is possible to walk around the coastline to visit other beaches.


It is not necessary to hire a car if all you want to do is relax and sunbathe. Bus stops and taxi ranks are only a 2 minute walk from the house. Alicante Airport is 50km (about 30 miles) approx 45 minutes by car. Murcia Airport is 15kms (about 9 miles) approx 20 minutes by car. Airport transfers can be arranged on your behalf, please enquire for prices and arrangement, Low cost car hire can be arranged for guests please enquire for costs and availability.

Whether you wish to sight see to get a 'taste' of Spain or simply relax on the beach. Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca has something for everyone. key access to communal pool. So safe for all ages, very children friendly area. Within a short drive you have the town of Torrevieja, again this is a seaside city with all the hustle and bustle you'd expect from a major Spanish town, There is a large funfair during the summer months and a tourist market for all your souvenirs, you are about an hours drive from Benidorm with all their activities if you want a day out! Remember this holiday is ideal for families who want to relax by the pool during the day, go to the beach and then at night visit a HUGE choice of bars and restaurants in the evening, with the added benefit of NOT drinking and driving! as everything is on hand, so you don't have to drive anywhere!

15 minutes drive south is the Mar Menor with its shallow and calm waters, also here at Lo Pagan you can indulge yourself in the healing powers of the Black Mud waters where people from all over Spain Travel.

Booking Notes:
A non refundable deposit of £150 is payable at the time of booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable damage/loss deposit £200 per booking is required with final payment. This deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure date, following inspection of property. Payment is normally in Pounds sterling, however Euros are accepted. The exchange rate will be based upon the day of each transaction. Confirmation of booking upon receipt of deposit.

Changeover Day:
Normally Saturdays, arrival after 4pm and departure by 12 noon, to allow for cleaning. However, subject to availability this may be flexible out of peak season or if you have specific requirements, such as a disability, Mid-week may be available.
There is a 70€ cleaning and laundry fee payable upon arrival.
