Gardner's Crescent - City Centre Luxury Living At Its Best

This luxurious property not only boasts all creature comforts but also affords you parking smack bang in the city centre! It's also a 5 minute walk from Haymarket Station and the City Centre.

The master suite on the first floor boasts a king size bed, it's own en-suite shower/steam facility as well as a private balcony and seating area. The living/dining area looks onto a huge balcony which has views of the EICC looking into the City Centre. It also has a sofa bed. The kitchen is modern with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob etc. Two bedrooms on the ground floor have in-built single beds as well as plenty of storage.

Convenient location ,quiet complex....gorgeous city

Central location within walking distance of the city in nice area

One queen and two bunk beds accommodated our family of six fairly comfortably although one of the upper bunks is quite close to the ceiling but would be fine for a younger child

Duvet cover on queen bed was torn in a few places but bed was comfy

The only problem was that we only had one set of keys which was not enough,contacted agent numerous times who promised twice to drop keys of but never showed up

A lovely apartment, some minor things let it down, needs a little maintenance..

A spacious and impressive base. There was 7 of us on our weekend away and the living area was ideal.

When you look past the first impressions you realise that some work is needed. The curtains throughout the apartment we falling off their runners so we couldn't draw them properly. This was particularly a problem for the person staying on the sofa bed as the windows are so large. We ended up having to clip them together with our hair clips at night!?! I emailed the owner about this who said that they will be fixed the next week, that was no good to us!

I had to buy towels as their wasn't enough for us all. There wasn't any spare despite emailing the owner about this too. Yes spare bedding, but no towels!

Lots of crockery was chipped, not enough wine glasses for us all. The oven was hard to understand as all the symbols had rubbed off.

It is a beautiful apartment and I am sure these things are easy to fix, location was good. And we didn't let it upset our weekend in Edinburgh!

I am waiting for my deposit to be returned.... How do I go about this?

In need of some TLC

Could be a nice apartment but in need of some TLC. Handy for nice bars and restaurants, and roughly £7.00 taxi ride to city centre. About a 20 min walk to Princes Street.
