Lovely cosy cottage in beautiful location

  • 4 of 5

Just come arrived back from 5 night stay at badgerford, the cottage is in a beautiful location but not far from amenities either. The cottage is very cosy and has everything provided, the bathroom is incredibly small but you cope, we did struggle to get things dry as it rained a lot and there was nowhere to hang things inside. We both enjoyed watching the birds coming to feed in the garden and the little field mice coming to visit. Overall an enjoyable stay

Peaceful location

Lovely stay, in a quiet location, perfect for walks, and close enough to drive to local towns, which is exactly what we wanted. The cottage was perfect for our little get away with our dogs :-)

Perfect

  • 5 of 5

Had a fantastic 2 night break in this perfect little cottage. Set in wonderful countryside the cottage is small but perfectly formed. Really well equipped, we particularly enjoyed warming ourselves by the log fire while watching the wildlife in the garden (blue tits, robins, nuthatch, wren, great tits, coal tit and a tiny field mouse). We absolutely loved it and will be making a return visit.

Super cottage

  • 5 of 5

We had a very enjoyable week at Badgerford Cottage and found it to be very clean and comfortable, and set in such beautiful surroundings. Especially loved feeding the numerous birds and seeing the Highland cattle across the road. Would definitely recommend this cottage if you are looking for peace and quiet.
