A private driveway leads you into the grounds. Plenty of parking outside and then you look over the tarn and surrounding countryside, the gardens and patio are delights ideal for al-fresco living. Entrance hall, cloakroom with 3rd WC / wash basin, useful boot room / utility with washing machine and dryer. The open plan living space has sumptuous furnishings alongside the warming woodburner, the views are calming and this is open to the very well equipped kitchen area. Each bedroom is beautifully prepared and one double is with en-suite shower room and then there is the 2nd bathroom complete with shower over bath. There is a bunk bedded room also.

A private driveway leads you into the grounds. Three entrances, lots of space for walking clobber, the sitting room gazes out over the water, relax in sumptuous furnishings and wander out onto the terrace; the designer kitchen has it all, Nigella herself would feel at home here, this is open to the dining area, a reception room in itself. On the ground level is a king size bedroom complete with a wall of glass overlooking the tarn and with access to the terrace, the designer bathroom is open to the bedroom, yet also discreet. Upstairs to the three further bedrooms, two king size with balcony and a twin, each with luxurious en-suite facility.

Springwood Cottage, Bowness, sleeps: 2 - 6

This beautiful country cottage has 3 spacious double bedrooms upstairs along with the bathroom (with shower over the bath)

Downstairs is the country style kitchen, dining room with wooden flooring & through the double doors, the lounge with an open fire & front door out to the garden. this level is a useful laundry housing the washer and dryer.

The cottage is situated directly behind the Brown Horse Inn.
