Spacious apartment in centre of town, there are bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. with well equipped kitchen, separate utility room. The property has a private enclosed roof terrace overlooking the town walls.

The sitting room has a Smart TV, music system (iPod friendly) and plenty of comfortable seating, there is a fireplace with an electric fire.

The spacious master suite has a king size antique brass 4 poster bed and an en-suite shower room - Vi-Spring mattress. There is a second terrace suite with an en-suite shower room, the zip and link beds can be made up as twins or a super-king double (quality Vi-Spring beds).

The third room has full size bespoke bunk beds with Vi-Spring mattresses, it sleeps 4 and has a private shower room. the bunk room has a wall mounted flat screen TV - ideal for watching DVD's or attaching a game boy/playstation.

Notes on accommodation: The area in front of the property is pedestrianised during the peak summer weeks (6 July to 11 September) and access is restricted from 11am to 5:30pm. Outside: Roof terrace with large teak table and seating for 8. Gas barbecue. Utility Room: Sink, washing machine, tumble drier, hoover, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels included. For guests staying for 2 weeks or more bedding and linen will be changed weekly. Other: Travel cot/high chair available. There is a flat screen TV with built in DVD player in the bunk room - can be connected to an X-box.

Stunning. A little bit of luxury!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Berlin House. The location is fantastic and we were surprised at how big it was once inside. The property is finished beautifully. It is so comfortable and cosy. The kitchen is lovely, perfect for sitting and enjoying a drink or three! The bedrooms and bathrooms are of a high standard and the beds were to die for!

The service we received over a problem with hot water was brilliant, thank you so much. We loved our stay and will be back if you’ll have us!

All very good!

We have stayed in many properties in Tenby & Saundersfoot, etc. Indeed, also have used another of the owners properties too (Barafundle House). This property is as good as any re its quality in all aspects. The sunny terrace at the rear is good for afternoon drinks! Left the car in a side street & walked everywhere as the location is ideal for all the central town amenities & beaches.

Smart decor, more lighting kitchen + lounge

Great position in centre of town, everything within 10 mins walk. Pub next door bit noisy Saturday night, but otherwise fine. Kitchen well equipped but gloomy - no window! Beds lovely, patio needs umbrella. Lovely holiday

excellent property

Great location, as a repeat visitor to Tenby we knew the area and this fit the bill perfectly.

Accommodation had everything we could have wanted and was just as described. Shame we didn't get quite enough sun for the roof terrace but never mind. The kitchen having no windows was the only thing we'd change to make it perfect but the facilities and size certainly make up for that.

Changeover Day:
Friday changeover preferred but we can sometimes accommodate a Saturday. Short-breaks Friday to Monday (3 nights) or Monday to Friday (4 nights). Arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am.

Notes on prices:
£200 deposit taken when booking balance due 4 weeks before holiday starts.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
