Large Villa and patio with 2 bathrooms 29A - Location is relaxation, 3 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, beach and promenade. Heated pool.

29A is located on Casas Del Sol on a beautiful and peaceful complex which is well sort after due to its prime location being only a few minutes walk away from the town center, shops, restaurants and three golden sandy beaches. It has access to a large salt water solar heated swimming pool and baby pool and two tennis courts. The Villa benefits from its extremely peaceful south facing location and has one of the larger more private outdoor area's on the complex. This huge outdoor area has been newly refurbish in summer 2015 and is where you will spend most of your time eating, sunbathing, reading, enjoying the alfresco dining and then relaxing on the corner sofa.The Villa is traditionally furnished inside and is equipped with iPod/CD radio, British channels TV, Blue-ray DVD player and free WIFI. It has two large bedroom and two large bathrooms. Both bedrooms have single beds which can be put together if required. The Villa also has a small third bedroom with bunk beds which can be used to store your luggage. A Cot and high chair may be hired and there is a weekly maid service with a full clean at the end of each week. With such a convenient, central location most visitors find a car is not necessary. Everything you will need is in a 3-5 minute walking distance from the Villa. The shops, sea, restaurants, promenade, beach and center of Playa Blanca.

The all year round constant temperatures make it an ideal location to stay both summer and winter. Long term bookings welcome. We offer a discounted price for bookings of over 3 weeks!

Dear guests,

We are a working family in England with two lovely children. We fell in love with the all year round warm weather of Lanzarote it's amazing scenery and it's relaxed atmosphere.

It's warm, safe and friendly anytime of year, there's no better place to go.

We love being outdoors and this is the perfect location to get the most out of the day.

The NEW patio area is complete with a fantastic full length shaded area and plenty of room for the sun beds and a great corner sofa to relax on. We have also had all new windows installed with security bars.

There is FREE WIFI and FREE contents insurance.

We just ask for an additional £6 per night per person for addition guests above 2 to cover the costs of bedding, towels and cleaning.

just home after 11 nights in this great villa!its spotlessly clean and has everything you need for your stay.the villa is only 5 mins walk from the restaurants and pubs on the strip and a 10 min walk from the beach.theres loads of fantastic restaurants.we never got a bad meal in any them.thanks to matt and emma for letting us stay.definitely would not hesitate in booking it again.

Amazing holiday

Had 2 fantastic weeks at this lovely villa, which was spotless and had everything you could wish for. Very spacious and a big help having 2 bathrooms. We spent most of our time in the outside space which really made the villa special. Would definitely recommend this villa and will be returning very soon.

A perfect place to stay.

This was our third holiday in Lanzarote and at last we have found a villa that could not be faulted. Everything was there, the location, the space both inside and out, the facilities and even multiple hangers in our wardrobe which must be a first.

Casas Del Sol is so clean and attractive with groundsmen working everyday, really friendly staff.

I would be happy to recommend this villa to both friends and relatives as the owners care about their property and your enjoyment of it.

Great family villa in superb location

The new, refurbished outside area is a good first impression of this villa and a peaceful space to relax in. Inside you have everything you need for a family holiday - our children are 9 and 11 - and this combined with the great location of being opposite the start of the promenade all the way along to the marina made for a very enjoyable 7th stay on Lanzarote. We hope to go back!

Wonderful villa and beautiful location

We are just back after a wonderful week at Casas del Sol. We cannot fault it in any way. Fantastic villa with a huge patio. Our children loved the pool which was really big, lovely and warm and really quiet so they had loads of room to play.

Playa Blanca itself is a beautiful coastal town with loads of great restaurants and lovely shops. It was just a couple of minutes walk from the villa.

The Papagyo beaches are a short drive away and are well worth a visit.

We had beautiful weather and have all come home well rested! We will definitely be going back!

Fantastic! You won't regret booking here ;)

Lovely clean house, within a few minutes easy walking distance to both local shops/restaurants and the lovely little town.

The patio is HUGE and the house is very comfortable.

Bring a cardigan for the refreshing evening breeze. Don't miss: La Esquina for pizzas at the Punta Limones, the best caramel milkshakes from a tiny corner shop half way down the pedestrian shopping street next to a little bar, authentic home-made pasta and tiramisu at Ninen in the shopping street also, and for a good steak then you can't do better than the steakhouse on the sea side at the far of Punta Limones.

29A is in a beautiful, peaceful location on Casa Del Sol but only a short stroll away from everything you would need for your perfect holiday. The two large bathroom make it idea for two couple or a family with Grandparents. We offer a reduced rate for people staying over 3 weeks. It is close to the beaches, restaurants and shops so you don't need a car. Enjoy the sun setting over the hills in the evening sitting under the new huge pergola, reclining on the corner sofa with a glass of wine. It has a heated pool so you can swim all year round. Tennis courts and a boules pitch is available for those active guests and don't forget the 8km of promenade just 300m away. Free welcome pack on arrival.

Coast/Beach:

Playa Blanca boasts white sandy beaches with crystal clear water, with 3 lovely beaches all of which can be reached within a few minutes walk from the villa.There is a scenic coastal footpath, which stretches the length of Playa Blanca linking the beaches. Arguably some of the best beaches in the canaries if not Spain , Papagayo are a little further away and can be reach on foot although by car or the local water taxi is easier.

Travel:

Daily flights operate from the UK to Arrecife airport, try: Monarch, Thomas Cook, Thomson, Jet2, RyanAir or EasyJet. Casa Margarita is just a 30 minute drive from the airport. We can arrange private airport transfers for you, please ask at the time of booking. Alternatively a plentiful supply of taxi's line up outside the airport arrivals and will cost approx 40 Euros return. Once you are at the villa a car is not required, however should you wish to explore further afield hiring a car is recommended.

Distances:

The many restaurants, shops, and beaches of Playa Blanca are just a gentle 3 minute walk from the villa. There is a Spar supermarket handily located just outside the complex. Casas Del Sol is located just opposite the old fishing harbour, from here you can watch the fishermen land their daily catch or hop on a water taxi to your beach/marina of choice. A 15 minute walk along the seafront footpath brings you to the stunning Rubicon Marina with its shops, restaurants & twice weekly artisan market.

Further Details:

Playa Blanca, originally a pretty fishing village, has been sympathetically developed with style and tradition. It has a an attractive seafront promenade which links the resort together and is lined with lovely waterfront restaurants. It lovely atmosphere in the evenings with plenty of restaurants famous for its seafood to choose from. A walk to the Marina Rubicon is highly recommended, there are many waterfront cafes perfectly placed to enjoy a cool drink and admire the yachts moored in the calm water. There is also an artisan market held at the Marina every Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Lanzarote offers the best weather of all the Canary Islands, most sunshine and least rain! People return to Lanzarote because of the constant warm temperatures all year round. The cool breeze in summer keeps the temperatures much cooler than main land Africa. The perfect antidote to the UK weather at any time of the year!

The island of Lanzarote is protected as a Unesco World Biosphere Reserve due to its unique volcanic landscape and its strict conservation code. This has ensured the island had maintained its culture, charm and natural beauty. The work of local artist Cesar Manrique can be found across the island. It is thanks to him there are no high rise buildings and any development has been kept under strict control.

Our villa is managed and maintained by Casas del Sol SL, the Sole Letting agent for Casas Del Sol.

Changeover Day:
Flexible arrival and departure days. Check in is 2 pm and check out is 10.30 am. Luggage can be left securely with reception until time to depart for the airport. A late check out may be possible subject to arrival time of the next guests, please ask.

Notes on prices:
Prices are based on 2 people sharing and additional guests are charged at £40 per person to cover cleaning costs.

50% part payment for 1 week holiday paid to owners to secure booking
25% pay payment paid to owners at the time of booking for holidays over a week another 50% part payment due 10 weeks before you travel.
All holiday's the additional 25% is paid to the complex, Casa Del Sol at Reception on arrival.

Location is relaxation. Its set is a private area of a perfect complex. We offer a reduced rate for block bookings of over 3 weeks and over. Home from home and a place to relax and unwind. Free welcome pack with each booking. It has a newly renovated large outdoor area with a full length pergola. In Lanzarote where the weather is fantastic all year round, it's the outdoor living area and the convenience of the location you look for in a rental property. 29A has it all. A dining area, 2 sun loungers, 2 reclining chairs with a coffee table and the wonderful corner sofa all housed under the magnificent pergola. Inside our Villa has 2 large bathrooms and a small third bunk room which can also be used to store your cases. The staff at the complex are amazing and will help and guide you with anything you might need or require. There is a large solar heated salt water pool with a full time life guard.

Our friendly staff will ensure your holiday gets off to a great start and help you with any queries. For your peace of mind, you can contact reception at any time during your stay should you need any assistance. There is a small shop within the reception building for your immediate supplies, however take a stroll across the road to the local Spar supermarket - freshly baked bread, lovely delicatessen, beer and wine. Casa Margarita is ideal for couples and families who prefer the privacy and space of their own villa along with all the comforts of home. For the comfort of all our guests Casa Margarita is a strictly Non Smoking villa. No under 25 single sex groups. Thank you. Outside: Casa Margarita boasts one of the larger patio areas available on the complex. Having sun all day this area is partially covered by a full length pergola and is equipped with a dining table and chairs, 2 reclining chairs and four of sun loungers. This is a wonderful large newly refurbished area for alfresco dining and the perfect area to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set through the mature gardens throughout the year. Our visitors also have use of the complex facilities. These include the two, solar heated, salt water swimming pools which have the safety of a full time life guard, two tennis courts and a boules court. Utility Room: The washing machine is located outside in a cupboard on the patio. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are included and are changed once a week.
