Wonderful large Villa and patio with 2 bathrooms 29A - Location is relaxation, 5 minute walk to everything, restaurants, beach and promenade.

29A is located on Casas Del Sol on a beautiful and peaceful complex which is well sort after due to its prime location being only a few minutes walk away from the town center, shops, restaurants and three golden sandy beaches. It has access to a large salt water solar heated swimming pool and baby pool and two tennis courts. The Villa benefits from its extremely peaceful south facing location and has one of the larger more private outdoor area's on the complex. This huge outdoor area has been newly refurbish in summer 2015 and is where you will spend most of your time eating, sunbathing, reading, enjoying the alfresco dining and then relaxing on the corner sofa.The Villa is traditionally furnished inside and is equipped with iPod/CD radio, British channels TV, Blue-ray DVD player and free WIFI. It has two large bedroom and two large bathrooms. Both bedrooms have single beds which can be put together if required. The Villa also has a small third bedroom with bunk beds which can be used to store your luggage. A Cot and high chair may be hired and there is a weekly maid service with a full clean at the end of each week. With such a convenient, central location most visitors find a car is not necessary. Everything you will need is in a 3-5 minute walking distance from the Villa. The shops, sea, restaurants, promenade, beach and center of Playa Blanca.

The all year round constant temperatures make it an ideal location to stay both summer and winter. Long term bookings welcome. We offer a discounted price for bookings of over 3 weeks please ask !

In Lanzarote where the weather is fantastic all year round, it's the outdoor living area and the convenience of the location you look for in a rental property. 29A has it all. A dining area, 2 sun loungers, 2 reclining chairs with a coffee table and the wonderful corner sofa all housed under the magnificent pergola.

Inside our Villa has 2 large bathrooms and a small third bunk room which can also be used to store your cases.

The staff at the complex are amazing and will help and guide you with anything you might need or require. There is a large solar heated salt water pool with a full time life guard.

Notes on accommodation: On your arrival at Casas Del Sol, the keys will be waiting for you at Reception. Our friendly staff will ensure your holiday gets off to a great start and help you with any queries. For your peace of mind, you can contact reception at any time during your stay should you need any assistance. There is a small shop within the reception building for your immediate supplies, however take a stroll across the road to the local Spar supermarket - freshly baked bread, lovely delicatessen, beer and wine. Casa Margarita is ideal for couples and families who prefer the privacy and space of their own villa along with all the comforts of home. For the comfort of all our guests Casa Margarita is a strictly Non Smoking villa. No under 25 single sex groups. Thank you. Outside: Casa Margarita boasts one of the larger patio areas available on the complex. Having sun all day this area is partially covered by a full length pergola and is equipped with a dining table and chairs, 2 reclining chairs and 2 sun loungers. This is a wonderful large newly refurbished area for alfresco dining and the perfect area to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set through the mature gardens throughout the year. Our visitors also have use of the complex facilities. These include the solar heated, salt water swimming pool which has the safety of a full time life guard, two tennis courts and a boules court. Utility Room: The modern washing machine is located in the second bathroom. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are included and are changed once a week

A beautiful, clean, quiet and spacious villa.

We've had a fantastic week. The villa was very spacious, clean, plenty of hot water, comfortable, very quiet and just peaceful. The pool was lovely, plenty of loungers and parasols. The cleaners came in twice in our week and changed the towels twice too. All in all a great holiday.

A great location on this beautiful well maintained complex.Literally a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars that the resort has to offer.29A is a super location tucked away near the back.Huge patio with comfy wrap around corner sofa outside as well as sun loungers and dining table.Villa itself is cosy with everything youd need.A BBQ would of been a bonus but have no complaints whatsoever.Would return without a doubt

Fantastic villa in a great position

Our 2nd time staying in 29a bungalow Casas del Sol Playa Blanca and it did not disappoint a fantastic villa with a home from home feel,loved chilling out on the large patio every afternoon and evening. The villa is an ideal base for Playa Blanca as its central to everything it has to offer. Will definitely be returning in the near future . Many Thanks to owners Matt and Emma Oddy .

Home from Home

A lovely villa in a well maintained complex situated 5 minutes from the centre of Playa Blanca. Booking with Emma and Matt the owners was hassle free. They even arranged our transfers. The large sunny terrace was brilliant and the communal pool was only a 2 minutes walk. I would highly recommend this villa.

Lovely 2-week stay in very comfortable apartment.

We loved staying in Emma and Matt's Villa. The huge terrace is perfect at any stage of the day, indoors is cosy and clean and the beds are comfortable.

Really all you need is in the apartment and staff in reception are helpful. Cleaners we're lovely and kept the place spic and span. Can't fault it, we had a great time.

Excellent week at 29A

Just returned from a week's break in Villa 29A Casas del Sol and would highly recommend.

The villa is excellently placed on the site; very peaceful and away from the hussle and bussle of the street/port.

The villa itself is superbly kitted out; very home from home. Everything provided, CDs, DVDs, books, all kitchen equipment required, even mosquito plugs, washing up liquid/laundry liquid/ soaps. We were extremely well catered for.

The only downside is there is no air conditioning and in July/August this could be uncomfortable. However, we were able to keep the windows open in the evening as mosquito nets are provided on the windows and fans were available in all bedrooms.

Having two bathrooms is essential when sharing with friends and families.

The site is very well maintained and the reception staff were helpful when required.

All in all, an excellent week and we hope to be back very soon.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your lovely review. We have considered air con but taking to the locals the temperatures only get too hot when the Calima winds come across from Afirica. This was what you were experiencing and this can bring in the dust/ sand from the deserts. It's doesnt happen too often and a good storm clears the air. The expense of installation of an air con unit and increased rental charges to cover running costs was not justified on this occasion. I hope this helps. The owners.

Special interest holidays:

If you are a keen cyclist there is a very several good bike rental shop in Playa Blanca. You are able to pre book your bikes if this is an essential for your holiday.

Also there are a few Padi dive centers in Playa Blanca if this is your sport.


Playa Blanca boasts white sandy beaches with crystal clear water, with 3 lovely beaches all of which can be reached within a few minutes walk from the villa.There is a scenic coastal footpath, which stretches the length of Playa Blanca linking the beaches. Arguably some of the best beaches in the canaries if not Spain , Papagayo are a little further away and can be reach on foot although by car or the local water taxi is easier.


Daily flights operate from the UK to Arrecife airport, try: Monarch, Thomas Cook, Thomson, Jet2, RyanAir or EasyJet. Casa Margarita is just a 30 minute drive from the airport. We can arrange private airport transfers for you, please ask at the time of booking. Alternatively a plentiful supply of taxi's line up outside the airport arrivals and will cost approx 40 Euros return. Once you are at the villa a car is not required, however should you wish to explore further afield hiring a car is recommended.


The many restaurants, shops, and beaches of Playa Blanca are just a gentle 3 minute walk from the villa. There is a Spar supermarket handily located just outside the complex. Casas Del Sol is located just opposite the old fishing harbour, from here you can watch the fishermen land their daily catch or hop on a water taxi to your beach/marina of choice. A 15 minute walk along the seafront footpath brings you to the stunning Rubicon Marina with its shops, restaurants & twice weekly artisan market.

Further Details:

Playa Blanca, originally a pretty fishing village, has been sympathetically developed with style and tradition. It has a an attractive seafront promenade which links the resort together and is lined with lovely waterfront restaurants. It lovely atmosphere in the evenings with plenty of restaurants famous for its seafood to choose from. A walk to the Marina Rubicon is highly recommended, there are many waterfront cafes perfectly placed to enjoy a cool drink and admire the yachts moored in the calm water. There is also an artisan market held at the Marina every Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Lanzarote offers the best weather of all the Canary Islands, most sunshine and least rain! People return to Lanzarote because of the constant warm temperatures all year round. The cool breeze in summer keeps the temperatures much cooler than main land Africa. The perfect antidote to the UK weather at any time of the year!

The island of Lanzarote is protected as a Unesco World Biosphere Reserve due to its unique volcanic landscape and its strict conservation code. This has ensured the island had maintained its culture, charm and natural beauty. The work of local artist Cesar Manrique can be found across the island. It is thanks to him there are no high rise buildings and any development has been kept under strict control.
