Lovely house,excellent location,highly recommend !

Beautifully located 5 minutes walk from the seafront, the house is clean and tidy with plenty of room for large familes. Everything provided you could possibly need for a break away.. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay in St Ives.

Exceeded expectations!

This is a lovely place to stay in the heart of St Ives - within walking distance of many sandy beaches, the town and the station (altough, at the top of a steep hill, it's not for the unfit!)The propery is clean, well-maintained and very spacious. It is also very well equipped.

The property has 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuites, a further family bathroom, a bunk bedroom and a loft room with 3 single beds. There's sea views from all the bedrooms too. The small outside courtyard is a suntrap - perfect for mid-morning coffee! The only downside (as with many properties in St Ives) is there is no parking. If you are lucky you may be able to grab a space on the road outside but these spaces rarely become available and we used the long-term parking at the rugby club 10 mins walk up hill out of town (which cost £5 a day).

I would definately recommend this property to friends.

Would also recommend The Beach House Restuarent on the harbour-side - their fish chowder was the best!
