About this property

Constantia apartment, in the exclusive Komurluk area of Kalkan, is only 10-15 minutes walk to the town centre. One of the largest individually designed apartments in the complex boasts magnificent uninterrupted views from the extensive patio. The patio is outside living at its best with beautiful views over the bay and harbour.
There are 2 good size bedrooms, the master bedroom is extremely large with more wardrobes and cupboards than you can imagine for a holiday apartment. A mosquito net which is invaluable. A marble tiled en-suit with vanity unit . There is a small balcony off the bedroom with sea view. The second bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobe, dressing table,drawers ,cupboards and bedside- table. Marble tiled en-suit shower room. The bedrooms being in the rear of the property helps to keep them cool from the raging sun.
The living area is L -shaped with new fitted kitchen with all accessories, when preparing food the marble preparation area looks out to uninterrupted sea views.

The lounge area is set in a peaceful part of the room, once again full sea views, it has a large L-shaped sofa unit which will fit up to 6 people. Screen for DVD player . Also a player for cassettes plus a docking system to play your own music.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Constantia apartment. The view was spectacular!!

The apartment is perfectly located...a stone s throw away from many nice beach clubs and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The apt. is extremely easy and comfortable to live in and we of course especially loved the gorgeous sunset view from the large terrace. We will hopefully get a chance to stay there again.

Superb, Amazing, Bliss

This is our 2nd visit to this fabulous apartment, we love everything about it. It is clean and very well maintained. Jos organised our transfer which are 1st class cars and mini buses We were met by Sekin, who is very helpful and low key, if you need a water refill, it's done the same day. The veranda is what sells the Apt to us, we love it, and we are there almost every day, unless we have something planned. We sun all day, and enjoy the fabulous rooftop 4/5 star restaurants at night, so many that you are spoiled for choice, wonderful. I would definitely recommend to others, although selfishly I won't, in case I can't rebook, only joking, I can't praise highly enough the resort of Kalkan and Jos's fabulous Apartment. Louise Walsh

Wonderful

We first stayed in Constantia last year and loved it so much booked again this year. It has everything you need for a great holiday. The rooms are all well furnished .all mod cons in the kitchen. However as mentioned in every review the terrace is truly fantastic. we love staying in and just barbecuing as much as going out. The terrace has everything. Barbecue with trays provided so no messy clearing up and the view never ceases to amaze. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The apartments and outside are kept very clean by the lovely cleaner and Sekin was very prompt with deliveries of water for the cooler.Its a nice steady walk into town and even my sister who hates walking walked back most nights. If you are thinking of going to Kalkan which I highly recommend then this is as good as it gets. Can't wait for our next visit.

Excellent apartment in a fantastic position

We stayed in wonderful Kalkan from the 10th-28th May. This was our 7th visit to the town, each time staying in a different apartment. Without a doubt Constancia was our favourite. The spacious balcony with magnificent views over the bay, comfortable sun beds, dining table, barbecue, and the all important sun blinds made every day bliss. Inside there are two spacious comfortable bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a well fitted kitchen and spacious dining area. We particularly liked the separate lounge area, with views out to sea. With the easy 20 minute walk into town the apartment is very well situated. Jocelyn the owner made the booking process smooth and easy and we are looking forward to booking for next year.

Amazing Apartment, Made our holiday.

Me, My husband Terry and Son Stuart stayed in the Apartment from the 27th Aug- 6th September, our first visit, but definitely not our last. 5 Star accommodation without doubt, beautiful rooms, Bathrooms, everything you could possibly want. The big selling point for us was the Terrace, the view was awesome, I was loathe to leave it, and can still picture it, in my minds eye. The Loungers were so comfortable, we lunched outside every day just soaking in the view. Bliss. The pool just below the terrace was small, but perfect for that early morning dip and early evening swim, after a long day sunbathing,and it is wonderfully maintained. At night the choice of 1st class restaurants was brilliant, spoiled for choice. My Favourite was Baharat, for the swordfish skewers, and wild boar taco's. The servicing of the apartments was 2nd to none, The manager and cleaners were very friendly and so helpful. I could go on and on, Jos has spared no expense in this apartment, and it show's. It was our first time in Kalkan, We will definitely go back, and hopefully to Jos's Apartment Louise, Terry & Stuart

I am a widowed retired nurse/midwife living in Hythe Kent, a small seaside resort, with my grumpy 15 year old Lasso Apso dog. I have 3 grown up children who live around the London area.
I am originally from a small town in the Greater Manchester area but have been living in the south-
east for the past 43 years.. My children often say when speaking on the phone - You sound very northern mum!

Why they chose this property

It was when a place in the Sun was very popular and everyone wanted some sunshine.
We had been to Kalkan some 15 years earlier and loved it, however my husband was taking me off to Florida in November that year and I said lets go to Kalkan and see what it is like now. IHAVE OWNED AND RENTED THIS OPROPERTY FOR OVER 16 YEARS
It did not take us long to fall in love with Kalkan again. On the 1st day we went to this unfinished ,untidy, building site/ apartment block and fell in love with our apartment straight away.
The view from the extra large balcony was magnificent overlooking the bay and small harbour. It was also the largest and most spacious of the nine apartments all different sizes and sized balconies. We looked at several other properties but they all seemed small compered and without the magnificent view.

What makes this property unique

There are many benefits to staying in this particular property but these are my own personal highlights of what I enjoy most when I stay in Constantia
1) Sitting on the balcony looking at the view watching the boats coming in and out of the bay.
2) Dining on the balcony in my own roof top restaurant
3) Taking a dip in the shared pool
4) Waking up in the comfortable king size bed
5) Strolling to the town of Kalkan and wandering around the wide variety of shops.
6) Eating in the many excellent restaurants
