Perfect property; perfect location

The two-bedroomed apartment is in the bottom of a larger house. The location is fantastic - a climb over the dunes (or going a little further along the road for flat access) and you are on the beach, which is broad, sandy and well maintained.

The flat is beautifully appointed and the attention to detail is breathtaking. The owner lives adjacent and is therefore on hand should anything go wrong, but I doubt it will.

Blue Notes is ideal that it's all on one level,so suitable for anyone with young children that you never need to worry about stairs,also ideal for people with limited mobility It has secure off street parking for up to two cars

Nearest main airport is Gatwick: less than 50 miles away. Dover Port is 40 miles away. Rye railway station is 4 miles away and taxis are available at the station. There is an hourly bus service from Rye to Camber.

There are two local supermarkets and more shops available in Rye. Numerous restaurants and food pubs are available in Camber with many more in Rye and Hastings.

ATM available in the village and branches of most major banks in Rye.

The ancient town of Rye lies very close to the village and its mediaeval walled citadel is a fascinting destination. The view from the tower of St Mary's church (check for opening times) is a must. World-renowned Mermaid Street, the town harbour and numerous museums, landmarks and sites of interest can be explored via an audio-guided walk from the Heritage Centre.

Christmas time is charming in Rye and nobody does Bonfire Night quite like Sussex - a visit to Rye's Fireworks and street procession is truly memorable!

The Romney Marsh abounds with interesting places to visit and explore. On the coast there is the haunting spledour of Dungeness with its collection of quirky cottages including the former home of artist Derek Jarman.

For children there are seafront amusements at Dymchurch and Hastings which also has crazy golf, the Blue Reef aquarium, Smugglers' Caves, minature railway and a small fun fair, arcades and boating lake.

Hastings also has a picturesque Old Town with antique shops, cafes and restaurants, the Jerwood Gallery, the Fisherman's Museum, Town Hall museum and two funicular railways giving access to the East and West Hills.

The pier will reopen in 2015 and also at that end of town is Clambers indoor soft play area and Battle Zone laser tag. There is also a multi-screen cinema and theatre in Hastings.

The historic town of Battle, site of the Battle of Hastings is a short drive away. Also in Battle is Buckley's Museum of Shops and Yesterday's World. Further west is Bexhill-on-Sea with the famous De La Warr Pavillion antique shops and quaint seafront area.

Outside: There is a sunny, private decking area to the front of the apartment with table, chairs and sun loungers, outside shower/foot wash area and a children's play area. A charcoal barbecue is also provided with fuel and utensils. Buckets and spades, beach chairs, windbreaks, a picnic hamper and body boards are all provided for use on the beach. Private parking for up to two cars is available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, bathrobes and bedding are all provided. Bed linen, towels and robes are change on a weekly basis or as required. The apartment is fully cleaned weekly. Other: The dining area has a large table and six chairs. There is a cloakroom area for hanging coats or storing luggage.
