No 41 sits secluded in the corner of an award-winning, eco friendly development, originally built for the International Sailing Teams at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Its a perfect location to explore the hidden gem of Portland, and for exploring Dorset and Devon, with the stunning 'Jurassic Coast' and beautiful countryside. The house has lovely views of the Olympic sailing venue and Chesil beach. With short walks to cafes, pubs - perfect for long sunday lunches. A great place to exhaust children young and old.

About Sally Budden

Hi - We hope you enjoy our holiday home as much as we do, its a great location and perfect for our sailing enthusiastic son.

We are a family of 4, based in Cheshire and have decided to let the property out when we are not escaping here for a nice weekend break or for either training or a sailing event.

The Olympic development is tastefully and perfectly located.- With great open plan living and all the mod cons required for day to day living.

Wonderful holiday home

We had a great stay in Portland. The property is modern, bright and very spacious. The views overlooking the bay are fantastic, and the house is well located near to the beach and cliff walk.

Great break over New Year

Two families and a dog stayed in this wonderful property for a few days over the New Year period. It was perfect accommodation for two families with 2 double and 2 twin rooms, which worked brilliantly. The whole property is incredibly well equipped, with a large, open plan room downstairs, which enables easy catering for all. The property has great views over Portland and Chesil beach and we enjoyed the ability to walk anywhere we wanted. There are pubs in walking distance and a Tesco's close by. The field at the front of the house was perfect for the dog.

We all had a great stay and would return without hesitation.

Great Christmas holiday in this amazing house!

We chose this area to stay as it was equidistant for us to converge and so glad we did, what a lovely house with all we needed to enjoy Christmas.

The house was spotless and beautifully decorated for the festivities when we arrived, a truly well equipped kitchen, lots of space, comfy beds and just a short walk to Chesil Beach for our Christmas day swim!!
