The Mas at Le Mas De Rosemarie - Gordes - Walking Distance From Idyllic Village Of Joucas; 5 Minutes Drive From Famous Village Of Gordes

The Mas is a low 3 double-bedroomed house that sleeps 6 people. It has a large private swimming pool and a traditional feel. It has a glass-fronted, open-plan sitting/dining area that leads on to a large shady terrace that is perfect for keeping out of the midday sun. Adjacent to the terrace is a TV room, with a large flat screen TV, British free view satellite, a DVD player, an ipod dock, CD player, and stereo. There is free wi-fi throughout, and a large selection of DVDs to choose from. There is a large Provencal kitchen, with a high beamed ceiling and a bay window looking out across the garden. The kitchen is fully-fitted with cooker, American fridge, micro-wave, and dish-washer. Next door is a laundry room with a washing machine and plenty of storage and hanging space. The terrace is covered with traditional tiles, and has a great view of the Luberon mountains. There is a large comfortable seating area, a dining table that seats 8, and full barbecue facilities. The village of Roussillon can be seen from the garden, and it comes with a large round pool (9 metres in diameter).

About the Owner

My wife Rosemary and I spent over 20 years working for the British Civil Service. We have always wanted to live in this beautiful part of France, so in 2011 we 'retired' early, sold our house in London and moved to Provence. We have not regretted the move for a single second! We love the running Mas de Rosemarie and hoe we have created a home from home! And the Luberon is stuffed full of things to do and see as well as being a tranquil haven in which to unwind. We look forward to welcoming you here!
