About the Owner

We have had a holiday home in Marbella for over 10 years now and consider it very much our 'happy place' where we can truly relax, enjoy fabulous Mediterranean food and take long strolls on the beach. We live in Surrey in the UK but we like to visit Marbella as often as possible - not only to ensure the house is looked after and maintained to the highest standard, but to enjoy the sea, the sunshine, the views and play a round of golf before the obligatory paella with a jug of sangria at our favourite "chiringuito" beach restaurant.

Great villa, quiet place, a home away from home

The townhouse is very nice and well equipped, about 3 miles east of Marbella city in a quiet neighborhood. We liked the place straightawayand did not want to leave at the end of our vacation. The property is very well maintained, you really feel at home immediately. Clear instructions from the owner on how to get there and what to do: "Wave nicely at the guard house" and we always did and it looked like the guards knew us for years. Surroundings/activites: It is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. A short drive into Marbella city. By car, 1 hour to get to Ronda or Gibraltar, 45 minutes to Malaga, so many interesting sights are easily reachable.

We can definitely recommend the place and decided already to return next year.

How's the serenity!

Serenity greets you as you walk thru the door. There is nothing to bring but a relaxed attitude & a swimsuit, oh well maybe some clothes to wear out.

The villa has a fanatastic location. Beach, restaurants and shops are not far away. Just a short walk to the beach and the endless days of summer. After a day on the beach you can go to one of the small restaurants along the beach and have wonderful meal to cap off the day. Go into Marbella and sit outside at a tapas bar enjoying the night life and then head off to see the Flamenco dancers and experience the energy and passion of the dancers & muscians.

The mountains at the back of Marbella have gorgeous villages to explore or you could take a ferry to Porto Banus and sightsee the luxury cars parked along the port.

The villa is a home away from home. Highly maintained and everything you need.

Just love it there and can't wait to go back there.

Lovely villa in quiet location

My husband and teenaged daughter had a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. The villa couldn't be faulted. It is in a quiet location with a lovely pool which we pretty much had to ourselves. It was a short bus journey (approx 15mins) in to the centre of Marbs. The bus stop is a short walk away and very frequent. A taxi was around €10.

The beach was lovely and peaceful with a few restaurants if you don't want to go in to the bustle of Marbella or Puerto banus.

I will look forward to returning to this beautiful villa.

Wonderful holiday experience

Having previously stayed at many villas on the Spanish Coast this ranks as easily the best experience to date. The location is peaceful and secure within walking distance of the beach and the property itself was clean, well maintained and so so comfortable. The booking process was simple and access painless. The layout of the apartment is such that you can choose where to enjoy the sun with a number of different facing balconies. Cannot fault this apartment and we will never look elsewhere from now on and definitely recommend to our circle of Spain loving friends!

Lovely house. Superb location

Lovely private holiday townhouse

The house is lovely with 2 excellent en suite bathrooms, and good private outdoor space. The pool is shared by just 8 homes and the area is secluded and safe. The location is ideal, easy walking to some bars and restaurants with supermarket a short drive away. Marbella is also easily reached by car or taxi.

We had one challenging issue which was dealt with quickly and completely by the owners who clearly really care that your visit is everything you hope for.

This is a special property - beautifully decorated and furnished and located in a secure, high quality development just 3 minutes stroll from the best beach on the Costa del Sol. It provides a great alternative to an apartment, as the townhouse feels more like a home from home. There is dedicated parking integral to the house and a roof terrace with wonderful views of the both the sea and the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas. Sharing beautifully kept grounds and a lovely pool with only 7 other houses, it feels private and secluded, yet is close to everything you need.
