Vesta is a first floor studio apartment with a balcony overlooking the decked patio area and courtyard. The bedroom, lounge diner are combined with separate kitchen area and bathroom with shower. The kitchen has fridge, hob and combination microwave, with full cooking utensils. The unit will host two adults and extra occupancy such as babies or children is not acceptable. The apartment is allocated one car park space. Guests access the apartment independently using a keybox code.
Jubilee apartments, a complex of 4 units. It is near the town centre and all the amenities it has to offer, including beaches, restaurants, cinema and golf club. The apartments are suitable for couples or families, offering two bedroom, one bedroom or studio apartment. Each apartment is well equiped with own access, and off road parking. They can be booked individually or combined for larger parties or extended family. We do not accept pets at the apartments. Minimum booking of three nights off season and seven nights at peak season.
Guests gain access to the apartments independently using a keybox code. Please ensure you have this before leaving home.

Jubilee Apartments was originally our family home. When the children left, returned then left again, the conversion began. We moved into the rear of the property and father and son created two apartments to the front. After moving into Aurora, the two bedroom apartment, the rear of the property was converted into two studios. Its been great to hear the positive comments from guests about the facilities and the great location.

What makes this apartment unique
The property is in a great location being near to the town amenities and the fantastic beaches.
A deposit of £100.00 per week or part week is required on booking and final payment due six weeks prior to arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfer or card for deposits (cheque is acceptable for balance payment). All rates are fully inclusive of power, linen and towels. Travel cot and highchair - check availability when booking.
During the months of May to September the changeover day is Saturday for Aurora and Gaia, Friday for Juno and Vesta, with more flexibility other times of year. The apartments are available from 4pm on day of arrival with departure by 10am on completion of stay.

Compact but comfortable-excellent location
We had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay in Newquay. The apartment was ideally located for the town and beaches and having its own parking space made it very easy to come and go every day. The apartment itself was very modern and clean.We would certainly use the facilities again and happy to recommend to others. The booking process was very easy and the owners were very helpful in answering queries before we went. Good value for money.

We found the property to be very clean and well equipped. In a very good location close to the town centre and beaches. Access was very easy via the coded keysafe. The owner was extremely helpful as we found ourselves needing to stay an extra night and this was no problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending the property as our stay was perfect.

The description describing this flat is spot on with regards to its location, amenities and layout. The property was very clean and very well maintained, you felt comfortable, secure and welcomed by its ambiance and the owners provided excellent customer service. I have already recommended it to my family and various friends. We used Newquay has a base to explore Cornwall and this flat was close to the bus station and car parking was off street and convenient at the rear of the property. It was easy and fast to drive in/out of Newquay due to its excellent location.
Activity and Interests
Newquay boast 7 wonderful beaches and the world famous Fistral beach is a few minutes walk as is the harbour and Towan beach.
Newquay airport is on the outskirts of town, approximately 6 miles and the train station within the town. Both well serviced by bus or taxi when you arrive. The bus station is a two minute walk. Once at the apartment a car is not essential as all amenities are close by.
shops, bars and restaurants are close by as are the fantastic beaches. Surf lessons are available on many beaches plus other adventurous activities
