Aurora is a modern duplex apartment on the first floor with central heating. It has two bedrooms, family bathroom with shower over bath and well equipped kitchen plus open plan lounge diner. The kitchen has double oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and full cooking utensils - there is a washer/dryer in the property. The living area is set in loft space with far reaching views over the town. The apartment is accessed via stairs from the decked area in the courtyard. There is one car space allocated to this apartment in the car park to the rear of the property. Let for a minimum of 7 nights May to September, short breaks considered low season.
Guests access the accommodation independently using a keybox code, therefore this information must be accessed before leaving home.
Jubilee apartments, a complex of 4 units. It is near the town centre and all the amenities it has to offer, including beaches, restaurants, cinema and golf club. The apartments are suitable for couples or families, offering two bedroom, one bedroom or studio apartment. Each apartment is well equiped with own access, and off road parking. They can be booked individually or combined for larger parties or extended family. We do not accept pets at the apartments. Minimum booking of three nights off season and seven nights at peak season.

Jubilee Apartments was originally our family home. When the children left, returned then left again, the conversion began. We moved into the rear of the property and father and son created two apartments to the front. After moving into Aurora, the two bedroom apartment, the rear of the property was converted into two studios. Its been great to hear the positive comments from guests about the facilities and the great location.

The property is in a great location being near to the town amenities and the fantastic beaches. Wifi available and private parking an added bonus during the summer months.

A deposit of £100.00 per week or part week is required on booking and final payment due six weeks prior to arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfer or card for deposits (cheque is acceptable for balance payment). All rates are fully inclusive of power, linen and towels. Travel cot and highchair - check availability when booking.
During the months of May to September the changeover day is Saturday for Aurora and Gaia, Friday for Juno and Vesta, with more flexibility other times of year. The apartments are available from 4pm on day of arrival with departure by 10am on completion of stay.

We stayed in Aurora apartment, for 3 nights in Feb 2017. Excellent property, very clean, spacious, all amenities provided, walking distance to the town and beaches and very good communication from the owner Gill. I would definitely recommend this property.
I literally can't fault the aurora apartment. We arrived to a spotlessly clean and well aired apartment which was so welcoming after a long drive! Didn't have to pay for parking while exploring Newquay and popped into town whenever we had a free hour as the location is so ideal! No longer than a five minute walk to restaurants, bars, pubs, the aquarium and cinema. The views from the living room were amazing and it was hard deciding if we wanted to go out or stay in as we loved the apartment so much! I will be recommending to everyone and will be sure to visit again!

Perfect holiday, great location, can't fault it, very clean apartment,sainsburys 2 minutes away and a pub at the end of the road, would highly recommend it
