Jubilee apartments, a complex of 4 units. It is near the town centre and all the amenities it has to offer, including beaches, restaurants, cinema and golf club. The apartments are suitable for couples or families, offering two bedroom, one bedroom or studio apartment. Each apartment is well equiped with own access, and off road parking. They can be booked individually or combined for larger parties or extended family. We do not accept pets at the apartments. Minimum booking of three nights off season and seven nights at peak season.

Guests gain access to the apartments independently using a keybox code. Please ensure you have this before leaving home.

Aurora is a modern duplex apartment on the first floor with central heating. It has two bedrooms, family bathroom with shower over bath and well equipped kitchen plus open plan lounge diner. The kitchen has double oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and full cooking utensils - there is a washer/dryer in the property. The living area is set in loft space with far reaching views over the town. The apartment is accessed via stairs from the decked area in the courtyard. There is one car space allocated to this apartment in the car park to the rear of the property. Let for a minimum of 7 nights May to September, short breaks considered low season.

Guests access the accommodation independently using a keybox code, therefore this information must be accessed before leaving home.

About the Owner

Jubilee Apartments was originally our family home. When the children left, returned then left again, the conversion began. We moved into the rear of the property and father and son created two apartments to the front. After moving into Aurora, the two bedroom apartment, the rear of the property was converted into two studios. Its been great to hear the positive comments from guests about the facilities and the great location.

Fantastic holiday!

Just back from a gorgeous week in Newquay staying in the Aurora apartment. Cannot fault the apartment- it was spotlessly clean, spacious, modern and homely. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the loft conversion space is lovely. It is only a 2 minute walk to the main shops/bars in Newquay so everything is right on your doorstop. It's a great place to stay if you want to explore cornwall but also has a parking space and plenty nearby if you want to stay close to home. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you for letting us use your apartment x

Very clean comfortable and well equipped

Property was in perfect location for shops, restaurants, cafes and beaches. Also within easy reach of roads out of Newquay for site seeing. Very well equipped and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Newquay.

Fantastic apartment in the perfect family location

The apartment is great, with everything this family of 4 needed!!! The boys especially like the fact it was upside down??? It was in a fairly quiet residential street, just a few minutes walk away from town and towan beach, and then a short 7-10 min walk to the best surfing beach "Fistral".

We have had a great time and will be back again, thanks Gill.

Fantastic, wonderful property

After staying at surf lodges around Cornwall, my partner and I realised that we were wasting money not having access to a kitchen so decided to look for a place with self catering. When booking this place, I was mainly looking for a good price but boy was I surprised on arrival at how amazing it actually was! So much space and so close to Fistral and the town. The owner had thought of everything. Even washing machine/ dryer, great kitchen facilities, massive walk in wardrobe and the bathroom was huge. A truly luxury property for a great price, I have already recommended it to everyone I know!

Coast/Beach:

Newquay boast 7 wonderful beaches and the world famous Fistral beach is a few minutes walk as is the harbour and Towan beach.

Travel:

Newquay airport is on the outskirts of town, approximately 6 miles and the train station within the town. Both well serviced by bus or taxi when you arrive. The bus station is a two minute walk. Once at the apartment a car is not essential as all amenities are close by.

Further Details:

shops, bars and restaurants are close by as are the fantastic beaches. Surf lessons are available on many beaches plus other adventurous activities

A deposit of £100.00 per week or part week is required on booking and final payment due six weeks prior to arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfer or card for deposits (cheque is acceptable for balance payment). All rates are fully inclusive of power, linen and towels. Changeover Day:
During the months of May to September the changeover day is Saturday for Aurora, Friday for Vesta, with more flexibility other times of year. The apartments are available from 4pm on day of arrival with departure by 10am on completion of stay.
