About the Owner

We live in Perthshire with our two children and have enjoyed a lifetime of holidays in East Neuk of Fife. We have both been regular visitors to St Andrews over the last twenty years and then had the opportunity to buy a house there.

We love all that Fife has to offer from sailing, surfing and watersports to amazing golf courses, walks, beaches and a fantastic array of great pubs and restaurants. It really is the perfect holiday location.

Melville Terrace offers the perfect combination of being ideally situated whilst offering luxurious privacy within its spacious interior and sunny private garden.

A lovely, spacious apartment in a beautiful harbour town

  • 4 of 5

We really enjoyed our week here - the apartment is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Anstruther is a lovely seaside town and we were very lucky with the weather. Great to be within reach of St Andrews too but as non golfers we spent more time with family in the sunshine.

Decent sized bedrooms and bathrooms - the main attraction is the very large living room and kitchen/diner. A plus for us was ground floor step-free entry (pretty much anyway) and a big entrance hall, plus the parking space - all very handy for the pram.

Anstruther Stay

  • 5 of 5

I had a great stay in February. The house is beautiful and very well kept. The owners have thought of absolutely everything you may need, especially in the kitchen. Well located for trips to the harbour, resteraunts etc. Luckily, the weather was good and enjoyed the Anstruther to Crail walk. Only problem I had was controlling the heating.
