Yet the buzz of St Marks square is reachable within a 10 minute walk or via the ferry stop located just 3 minutes walk from the home giving you the best of both worlds!

Very clean well equipped apartment.A bonus having two bathrooms. Good size light and airy.Great location with lots of restaurants outside the door. Bedrooms at back apartment make it quiet for sleeping.Have rented many apartments in Venice over the last 20 years and this is the best. We will be back
Lovely well located Venetian apartment
This was our first trip to Venice, we did a lot of research before deciding on this apartment. Its is in an excellent quiet location in Arsenale/Castello (a 10 minute walk to St Marks square, easy to find, and very near to Arsenale and Giardini Vaparretto stops. There are several osteria / trattoria nearby, a nice bakery and a small but adequate COOP store on the same road.
The apartment is as described and is on the 2nd floor, clean, tidy, roomy and comfortable it exceeded our expectations. There are pleasing views from the balcony.The local representative came to meet us promptly - he showed us where everything was and supplied 2 sets of keys. He was friendly and helpful and said to ring him at any time if we needed ( we did not), he checked all had been OK before we left too. We really enjoyed our stay, there was too much to see and do in 4 days. Most things in Venice are easily walkable, the frequent Vaparretto service is excellent (buy a 3/5/7 day pass its much cheaper), to visit the other islands. No bicycles/motorbikes/scooters/cars just the chug of boats - it was surprisingly peaceful just away from the centre.
We would highly recommend the apartment and the letting company, and will most probably go back again.
Had a wonderful stay here in Venice. Deborah was the perfect host, with loads of local tips. The home is spacious located just 10 minutes walk from St Marks square and has a terrific balcony view of typical local venetian life (as per the photos)
It was lovely to come back to Arsenale after the days sightseeing and enjoy local unspoilt life with superb restaurants, cafes, artists garden and daily market. I would recommend this home to friends and family and would definitely book again when staying in Venice.
