About Tim Reen

We are an Irish couple from Cork, in the south of Ireland. This is apartment is our getaway and we have enjoyed many holidays there.

Why Tim Reen chose Mijas area

We decided on La Cala de Mijas, as it is friendly Spanish village, with all amenities we need close by. It's also a good location to tour the Costa Del Sol and it's many attractions.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is one minute walk to the beach, so perfect for a sun holiday. There is also a 24 hour convenience store just around the corner.

Beautiful clean apartment. great location.

We stayed with our teenage girls The apartment was perfect very clean and a great location, everything was supplied in the appt too. The handover with the keys was spot on, the owner prompt communications was excellent. We hoping to use it again.

Great apartment, perfect location

Stayed here two years ago on a last minute deal. Ignore the date; it only goes back one year.

Really happy with this apartment. Clean and well maintained.

Everything it says in the description is acurate. Two good size bedrooms. Well furnished throughout. Huge lower terrace with tables, chairs, sunbeds, awnings, barbecue; everything you would need.

Perfect location, three minute slow stroll to glorious beach.

Found the owner very helpful. Very efficient handover on arrival. One small issue solved within a day - great service.

Would I book again? Just did for later this summer. Might go again next year!

Clean, Comfortable and Perfectly Located

I stayed here in June with my husband and two kids. The apartment was quite spacious and we had lots of room. It was spotlessly clean also. My kids loved playing out on the terrace in the evening, (it is a very large terrace).

The apartment is only a minutes walk to the beach, so perfect for kids. There is also some lovely place to eat very close by. We enjoyed the market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings also. La Cala is a beautiful little village to stay in, and has not lost none of its Spanish charm like other places on the Costa del Sol.

It was also great that we did not need a car we could walk everywhere in La Cala, and there is also a regular bus service if we wanted to go else where.
