George loves the Cornish coast and Josefina has always wanted their second home to be somewhere near the seaside. They found what they were looking for in 10 Ocean Views --- great location, modern and spacious with stunning sea views.

What makes this apartment unique

Josefina designed the apartment to feel relaxing while at the same time fresh and vibrant. They love the comfortable sofas and beds, the fully kitted kitchen and all the modern conveniences. They love waking up each morning to a view of the sea which is always spectacular no matter the weather.

This is a clean, airy and comfortable apartment. It’s in an ideal location in Newquay – near to bus station; beach; bars; restaurants and shops. Have no hesitation in recommending it.


Ocean Views no.10 was absolutely perfect for our trip, stunning apartment with beautiful views from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. Fully equipped to a high spec with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location was great for getting around Newquay by foot and also easy to get out of Newquay and explore Cornwall by car. Added bonus of onsite parking.


Such a lovely apartment with all the mod cons to make a house a home. The apartment is ideally situated for all Newquay has to offer. Shame the weather wasn't as great as this beautiful apartment but we have had a time time exploring areas of Cornwall we otherwise might not have experienced. Would definitely recommend to friends/family. Many thanks.


We arrived later than expected on Saturday due to traffic, and so was very tried. Got to Ocean Views, opened the door to No.10 and the 7-hour drive was all forgotten! What a superb apartment, a credit to the owners. Beyond expectations, every detail beautiful, quality & everything -- the best! We would definitely come again. My little boy is a big fan of Monopoly now! Massive thank you :-)


Fabulous apartment equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Beautifully decorated and ideally situated from town and beaches. Games compendium and books were appreciated when the Cornish weather wasn't as good as we had hoped for. Many thanks for a great fortnight here.

Outside: Balcony The balcony is a lovely space to breathe in the fresh air and admire the breathtaking panoramic views over Newquay Bay and up to Watergate Bay. From here you can check out the waves at Towan Bay and then walk down to the beach which is a mere five minutes away. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs for four and is the perfect spot for alfresco dining or to sip a hot drink or cold champagne while watching the sunset. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. For bookings of two weeks or more, towels and linen changed every week. Other: Perfect for parents with babies, providing most of the bulky items and things you might need when travelling with the little ones at no extra charge. These include travel cot, high chair, bumbo, microwave sterilizer, baby monitor, hand blender, etc/

Great attention to detail, it had all the things you worry you forgot!

The property has everything you need for a few days get away. The decor is bright and inviting. There were lots of information packs regarding local attractions, host of DVDs and plenty of lovely quality towels - in fact everything inside was of great quality.

The owner was very helpful and attentive in sending us the details for entry when we couldn't locate them in the app.

I would say however the property would benefit greatly from some heavy lined curtains in both bedrooms as the street the property is situated is very noisy (morning school runs, buses, etc), meaning we were woken by passing traffic. The bedroom with twin beds was also very light in the morning, so would be if for curtains to cut some of the light out....to help the little ones sleep in a bit!!

Lovely apartment

Very enjoyable stay. Lovely comfortable bed with good quality bedding. Towels were large and very fluffy.

Apartment looks just as it is in the photos. Conveniently located, very short walk into the town and the beach. Own parking bay in secured underground garage.

Superb apartment just minutes from the beach with great sea views

We have just returned from our one week stay at this fantastic apartment. The accommodation is exactly as described- in fact it was beyond our expectations when we opened the door on our arrival! Very spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities that we required for our stay. Lovely sea views from the balcony and a short walk down to the beach and shops. Central location meant we didn't need to use the car often which was kept in secure parking at the apartment. We would definitely come again. Thank you so much!

Well maintained, well situated, comfortable apartment with great views!

We are just home from a great stay in Newquay at 10 Ocean Views. Josefina was really helpful and friendly from our first contact. She answered any questions quickly for us and provided us with some good recommendations on the local area (Lewinnick Lodge for dinner was stunning and they were great with the children) The apartment is in a great location a very short walk (5 minutes max with the pram) to Newquay centre with its array of yummy Pasty shops and some lovely restaurants. It is less than 10 minutes to Towan Beach which was very family friendly, we went every day. From the balcony the seaview is beautiful. The apartment itself is very well maintained with good facilities. Travelling with two children under 2 it saved a lot of packing and hassle as there is a steriliser, childrens plates, bowls and cutlery, a highchair, bumbo seat and various childrens dvds at the apartment. It is spacious so our 11 month old could crawl around quite happily. The bedrooms could fit a travel cot in comfortably. We slept well as the beds were comfy, the ensuite and the main bathroom are clean with lovely showers! An all round great experience and we will definitely be back.

Perfect apartment!

Josefina's apartment is just as described. Modern, luxurious, very clean, with a great view... an ideal location/base to visit Cornwall. Bedding is clean and crispy. Towels are fluffy and soft. Bathrooms have everything you need, and beds and pillows are comfortable and new. Kitchen is very well equipped, great for when you want to stay in, cook and relax with a glass of wine. Josefina was the perfect host and answered all my questions prior to arrival. We had a wonderful week and the weather couldn't have been better. If you are looking for a place to stay in Newquay, this is the perfect apartment to start a perfect holiday!
