Villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps up to 8 ( plus travel cots if requested) set in own grounds , access through electric gates to large drive for up to 6 cars, front garden area with various trees, path to rear to access private pool and outside chill area. Villa has air conditioning, sky TV package, full wifi . Outside chill zone, feature wine cellar.and a purpose built BBQ area for outside dining.

About Ashley Clifford

We are Carl, Lynne, Ash, Nick and Steph.

We moved to Mallorca as a family in 1996.

Our children were aged 8, 6, and 4

They were all educated in the Spanish schools and became fluent in 3 languages,

Fast forward 21 years , Ash went to work on cruise ships, met his dream girl Ali and they married in 2015

Nick works on private yachts , at the moment he is cruising the Caribbean and med.

Steph studied beauty and also worked on private super yachts, this year she and her Spanish partner gave birth to our first grandson, Hugo.

Carl and Lynne still live in Palma-nova and keep very busy managing and maintaining the Villa that was once our home so that other people may now enjoy it as much as we did.

For payments we have also set up a uk bank account for added guest security .

Outside: The Villa has ample parking for upto 6 cars. The pool area is in the sun all day until sunset. There is an outside chill area that is ideal when the miday sun is at its hottest and also a great area to enjoy evening drinks. The pool and garden area is lit at night to give a lovely ambiance . From the lounge at the front of the Villa is a large terrace area for morning tea and coffee .There is also a large bbq area complete with mallorcan oven. Utility Room: Fully equipped including washing machine , tumble drier . Cleaning / Towels / Linen All towels and linen and pool towels are included. Other: Sky tv is available in the lounge area. Amazing Villa in an Amazing Location

We were greeted on arrival showing us around and most importantly how things worked. We were a family of 8 - 2 adults, 2 grandparents and 4 teenagers and the villa catered for everyone. More than enough room for everyone to have their own space too which is good. The pool area was great with shaded seating, outside dining area, sun loungers and the pool which had more than enough room for 4 lilos with space in between. The kitchen was well equipped with a seperate laundry room. The bedroom downstairs had an en-suite. The three double bedrooms upstairs were spacious. Air conditioning was a godsend going to bed - as the rooms were cool. the lounge had a lovely terrace outside the folding doors which had huge chairs for relaxing and had sky tv with surround sound. There were speakers outside (activated by a switch at the patio doors to the pool area) iwhich would play whatever was on tv or surround sound system. Very close the the beach (downhill) and reasonably close to Eroski supermarket (uphill and round the corner) lots of lovely restaurants to the left and right on the beachfront and can recommend The Italian at the bottom of the hill, the Chinese along to the left and Diana's to the right. McDonald's is close too just along to the left. Beach path will take you towards Magaluf (a 10

Minute brisk walk) and yet more shops and restaurants. Really flat resort mostly which suited the grandparents as we hired a mobility scooter for them to get around. All in all a fabulous holiday. I would thoroughly recommend the villa and we will definitely be back.

Wow, what a holiday!!!!

We had an amazing holiday in this beautiful villa. Four generations were all happy!

Pool a dream, shaded area -perfect, Air con helpful. There was nothing we were short of.

The beach so close , yet peaceful and quiet.

First holiday without a car ,because- we did nt need one.

All as it said 'on the tin'. 10/10

Can't wait to return.

Amazing family villa

We have just had a fantastic holiday here. The Villa is superb with everything you could possibly need to have an amazing time. The attention to detail and quality of the house and furnishing makes the villa feel like home from home. The pool and outside living room are great and the huge table and chairs for meals excellent. There is also a lovely indoor dinning area and the lounge with air conditioning was a gorgeous relief from the 36* heat! Loved the laundry room and fully equipped kitchen, the outdoor BBQ was excellent too. The beach is really only a 2 minute walk. when you walk down the hill and turn left it is worth walking along the front for a few minutes to find the best places to eat. We would recommend a half or full day in Palma, it is an old beautiful city. We went on the boat trip but although it says you are there for 4 hours, actually on arrival you find out it's only 3 and it's not long enough. Apparently it's much cheaper to go by taxi . The boat trip was €18 each. The Eroski supermarket Is brilliant and has everything with good quality fresh fruit, veg and meat, it is also a lot cheaper than the Spa at the bottom of the hill. There is a short cut if you turn right , walk up the hill then turn left at the waste land, walk around the back of the hotel and take the steps next to the front of the Eroski car hire. We would recommend this villa to all! There was 6 adults and 1 child, who could all be in the pool with room left over! there was so much space throughout the house we never felt on top of one another. We also used the taxi firm recommended by the previous visitors and they were spot on. You certainly don't need to hire a car. A* all round.

Fantastic Family Villa!

We have just returned from one weeks stay in this beautiful villa! We really didn't want to come home, the villa was like home from home! We were greeted on arrival and everything was explained. It was reassuring to know that we could contact the owners who lived close by with any problems.

The location of the villa is excellent and it really is only 2 mins from the beach! The villa was secluded and quiet but close enough to entertainment, supermarkets, cafés, bars and the beautiful beach! This is the first time we haven't hired a car whilst travelling abroad, we really didn't miss it at all and it saved us a fortune!! The taxi rank is just down the road as is the bus stop (bus to marineland is free! collection outside Bermudas hotel). We used a shuttle bus (shuttle direct) who we highly recommend to transport to and from the airport.

The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and utensils. We used the BBQ a number of times and the outside seating area was a massive hit especially having young children out in the daytime sun! The pool is lovely, rather cold in May but once in it was lovely. The music sound system was an added bonus whilst lying around the pool!

All in all the villa is absolutely lovely, we would highly recommend it.
