French couple, both teachers, (male English teacher, female primary school teacher)really attracted to the area where we spent some very nice holidays and eager to make people discover one of the nicest places of Spain.

Family with 3 children, the residence and the area are ideal for them too.

A place to enjoy the sun all year, with some of the finest beaches of Spain, and many nice cities to visit, like Cartagena, Alicante or Torrevieja. Really convenient to have all the shops nearby without taking your car.

What makes this apartment unique

Nice and quiet, with all the comfort of your house. Trouble free with the dishwasher (who wants to wash the dishes on holidays??) washing machine and air conditioning for nights with the sweetest dreams.

Really safe for the children as none can enter the property without a key.

The lift to the garage a real asset! Especially when you come back from the shops or golf course! Free Wifi to keep in contact with family or prepare excursions.

"Superbe appartement à la décoration soignée. Très bien situé, environnement calme et reposant. Le toit terrasse est un vrai plus, nous en avons bien profité. La piscine semble neuve. L''appartement est bien équipé, propre. Avant notre départ, les propriétaires (français)ont été disponibles et nous ont bien renseignés.Sur place, Anita a été plaisante et efficace. A refaire!"

the apartment was exactly how it was described to us ,very comfortable and roomy big roof terrace

my sister and i have just spent a month in this lovely apartment it is as it is described very roomy lovely roof terrace we spent taking the sun ,the mercadona only short walk away and the royal oak pub was our food and drink watering hole made some lovely people.big bedrooms and bathroom ,seperate kitchen and a glassed in balcony with a sea view.but our big thanks was to roger and anita who looked after us as we cannot drive they took us all over the place for change in le zenia left us to shop in the boulevard took us to many markets nothing was to much trouble for them ,and even took us with them to marma mor for lunch .could not fault this apartment at all ,but will say you need a car to get around and we cannot drive so if it had not been for roger and anita we would have found it very difficult to go anywhere .oh and it has a lovely pool ,and the lift was a godsend .full marks pascquel and fred from to elderly but spritley stokies dot and sue dec 10th -jan 12th 2016

Home from home

A very nice and affordable apartment with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. Shops, restaurants and bars are within a reasonable distance but I would suggest a hire car to get into the heart of things. and it was a nice surprise to find out that there is wi/fi. Overall very recommended!

Warning: if you use the toaster be ready to catch the toast mid air :)

Winter Break

Very clean and comfortable apartment adequately furnished and fitted out. Probably the best apartment in the block, being in the corner on the top floor with south easterly facing balcony. An added bonus was the glazed balcony providing ideal comfort whilst eating. The roof terrace was well equipped with BBQ, tables and chairs, sunloungers and a gazebo, where the afternoon and evening sun can be enjoyed. Bars and restaurants within walking distance, but a car is needed to reach the beach. The only minor disappointment was the lack of Wifi which, although generally would not be a problem, for an extended stay, it would have been very useful. It would have been nice to arrive to a basic welcoming pack, ie milk, tea/coffee bread and butter, eggs etc. So be aware if you arrive during shop closing hours to bring a snack and drink with you.

Christmas in the sun.

For anyone wanting to spend time at Villamartin you will not find a nicer apartment than this one it is spotlessly clean and has lots of little extras that is'nt mentioned in the advert . We spent christmas & new year there in lovely weather but as you can expect most places are already booked up for xmas meals so on the solarium rooftop area is a barbecue and we had great meals at home on it , so do yourself a favour and get it booked now .

Solarium with great views

We spent two great weeks at this apartment. The solarium was a good size and had lovely views all the way to the coast. The apartment itself was compact but well formed, utilising the enclosed terrace as a dining space was a good idea. Both bedrooms were of a decent size. It had everything needed for a holiday stay. Even British TV which was great.

The bathroom is tiny but if you're the only one in it it serves the purpose. The master bed does need some attention unless of course you enjoy meeting in the middle!

The pool was not the biggest I've seen but was well looked after and certainly big enough for a cool dip.

Underground parking was a bonus and kept the car nicely cool. Access veto the property via the lift was great and all communal areas were clean and serviceable.

Apartment close to local beach supermarket Villamartin square and Xenia boulevard.

Would definitely go back.

Great apartment

Just returned from a 2 week stay .This apartment has everything you could possibly need, the bed is comfy, towels fluffy, tele works( have stayed in some places where it didn't) the whole place is spotlessly clean, gets the sun all day.Perfect position just round the corner from Mercadona, plenty of bars , Chinese and Indian restaurants in walking distance.As my son lives there we didn't make use of the garage as he took us out but its something else the apartment has in its favour.The owners are friendly and helpful as is Anita the key holder. Will definitely be returning
