Excellent quality apartment in a superb location, 2 mins walk from the beach and 5 mins walk to Elviria town centre with plenty of restaurants. Lots of room in apartment and pleasant pool. Good service from the property manager, friendly and professional

Lovely apartment in good area

This is ideally located to the beach and a good range of quality restaurants.The apartment has everything you need and the accommodation is good. Nice pool area. Great for a relaxing beach holiday, a car is not necessary with the airport only 30 minutes taxi ride.

Exceeded our expectations!

We are Canadian "snowbirds" and we stayed at this property for 3 months and were delighted with our choice. It was very clean and wonderfully equipped for long or short term renters. All essential services were within walking distance. Since we didn't want to rent a car, we were happy to find that bus stops to nearby cities were a short walk away. The location was perfect for taking bus tours to Gibraltar, Ronda, Cordoba, Granada and Nerja with an easy pick up at the hotel just 200 metres from our doorstep. The area was safe and beautifully landscaped and our favourite local restaurant , Divino was a short walk away. One of our treasured memories of this spot is the close location to the beach - our many walks there and the wonderful bars/restaurants/ chiringuitos found there. Our special ones were Simbad to the east and the Beach House to the west whose Sunday lunch is something you have to experience! Francois was a delight to work with and made the booking process easy. As well, the property management people were very helpful! All in all we had a wonderful winter in Costa del Sol and it is a property we would love to come back to. We did love this area!

Why they chose this property

When we first saw this flat we immediately loved the fact that it was a spacious 2 bedroom with 3 bathroom with a large open plan lounge, dinning room and kitchen. Its location is perfect, near the nicest beach, near shops, cafes and restaurants in a leafy neighbourhood. The mix of local and foreigners all year round means that no matter when you go there will always be a good atmosphere. The final added benefit is the link to the Alanda club with fantastic pool and facilities.
