It comprises a fully equipped kitchen and features a 42" LCD TV with cable channels. It offers a large terrace with sea view including BBQ and outdoor furniture. There is also a balcony overlooking Marsascala bay. It has Wifi access and is air conditioned. A washing machine and ironing facilities are also available. A bus stop is a few meters away from the penthouse. Parking in the street is available. A mini market, pharmacy, butcher and fish shop are all within one to three minutes’ walk from the property. The penthouse is also minutes walk away from Marsascala Bay and the 2-km promenade. St Thomas Bay is less than five minutes away by car or around thirty minutes on foot. Pick up and drop off service from and to Malta International Airport which is 9.3 km away is available (approx 15 minutes). On request, car hire can also be arranged.

We are a family of three – my wife Kathleen, our daughter Lara and I. We love to travel and after we get our flights arranged, choosing the best value-for money accommodation can be overwhelming. With this in mind, we tried our best to invest in a penthouse which will target discerning guests like us. We strongly believe that when choosing accommodation which is as close to our own home as possible and which depicts the country’s culture, we are investing in a stress-free, comfortable, learning and memorable holiday. We all remember and cherish the holidays where we stayed in family-run hotels or apartments where the personal touch prevailed.

Why Jason Farrugia chose Marsaskala

The block of apartments has been built only a few years ago. The penthouse has been furnished during this year so it is brand new. We fell in love with the penthouse because its set up and the sea views it offers from the terrace. Although it is situated in a residential area, it is very close to the promenade and the harbour , and all amenities are within a few minutes reach making it ideal to buy daily needs without wasting too much time. Parking spots are easily accessible in front of the property or in the vicinity. On the other hand it is very easy to get on the main routes to visit the island. Moreover Marsascala is an authentic village which has character. All this makes it ideal for our guests who are looking for a cultural and stress-free holiday.

What makes this apartment unique

The highlights of this penthouse are its comfortable set up and the terrace overlooking the horizon and the harbour. On the terrace, guests can enjoy a grill, a glass of wine, a good book or simply each other’s company. It provides a romantic atmosphere under the stars.

Penthouse View Marsascala

The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. No surprises which was nice. Lovely views of the Mediterranean and Marsascala Bay from both balconies. Conveniently located close to restaurants, the waterfront promenade and public transportation. Jason was extremely helpful and available whenever required. We stayed for 26 days in March. The only thing we would point out, and there is nothing Jason can do about it, is that there is construction going on right next to the building and work went on all day every day. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Lovely Appt

We were met at the airport by Jason as per his instruction in the dialogue we had once we booked the appt, he instructed us to meet him outside the arrivals hall. We were taken to the appt whichwas exactly as described by previous occupants. It was clean fresh and airy!. Plenty of space for two people.

Jason explained how everything worked along with instructions of how to contact him if we needed to.

There was a minor mis hap which on alerting Jason to he immediately rectified the problem, driving half an hour to sort the problem.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely appt and would stay again if we were to visit Malta again. we did not hire a car as we wanted to chill so took the buses when we ventured further afield. To be honest we walked a lot of the time which is what we needed to do to wind down. The weather as kind to us in early December.

Jason also included in the price a return journey to the airport. Great service. Your appt is a credit to you. For prospective clients If you have the pooortunity to stay here do so i am sure you will not be disappointed!.

Perfect

From the first contact when enquiring about staying at the apartment every aspect was easy. Jason answers questions quickly and made the booking process very easy. He was at the airport to collect us when we arrived and drove us round Marsascala on the way to the apartment showing us the area. The apartment is spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The views are amazing from the balconies.

The main town is a short walk away and has plenty of bars and restaurants. Plenty of places to visit in the area within a short walk.

Jason assured us if we needed anything while we were there he was a phone call away although we didn't need him at all during our stay. He also took us back to the airport to come home.

Will definitely book this accommodation again next time we are visiting Malta.

Beautiful apartment

Apartment had everything, lovely, modern and clean. Jason was very helpful. Sea was only just visible, but that didn't matter. Quiet location, easy access to shops, restaurants, buses. We got about easily, once we had worked out the bus circular routes! Would have been nice to have seen a visitor book with other guests experiences. Overall perfect!

Nice host

Jason is a wonderful guy.

Nice clean rooms. We stayed 7 days and public bus pass. It was a good value but might be better to rent a car for Malta sightseeing.

Had a great time. Recommend this place.

Fabulous apartment

We spent 10 happy days staying here. It’s a lovely apartment, with everything you need, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Jason was the perfect host, helpful but not in your face. We had a minor issue with the shower and Jason brought a plumber out within a couple of hours to fix this. Highly recommended.

10 minutes on foot to Marsascala Bay and the 2-km promenade. St Thomas Bay is less than five minutes away by car or around thirty minutes on foot.

Travel:

Pick up and drop off service from and to Malta International Airport which is 9.3 km away is available (approx 15 minutes).

Although public transport is available and bus stop is only 3 minutes down the road, car hire for more independence can be arranged upon request.
