With this in mind, we tried our best to invest in a penthouse which will target discerning guests like us. We strongly believe that when choosing accommodation which is as close to our own home as possible and which depicts the country’s culture, we are investing in a stress-free, comfortable, learning and memorable holiday. We all remember and cherish the holidays where we stayed in family-run hotels or apartments where the personal touch prevailed.

Why Jason Farrugia chose Marsaskala

The block of apartments has been built only a few years ago. The penthouse has been furnished during this year so it is brand new. We fell in love with the penthouse because its set up and the sea views it offers from the terrace. Although it is situated in a residential area, it is very close to the promenade and the harbour , and all amenities are within a few minutes reach making it ideal to buy daily needs without wasting too much time. Parking spots are easily accessible in front of the property or in the vicinity. On the other hand it is very easy to get on the main routes to visit the island. Moreover Marsascala is an authentic village which has character. All this makes it ideal for our guests who are looking for a cultural and stress-free holiday.

What makes this apartment unique

The highlights of this penthouse are its comfortable set up and the terrace overlooking the horizon and the harbour. On the terrace, guests can enjoy a grill, a glass of wine, a good book or simply each other’s company. It provides a romantic atmosphere under the stars.

10 minutes on foot to Marsascala Bay and the 2-km promenade. St Thomas Bay is less than five minutes away by car or around thirty minutes on foot.

Travel:

Pick up and drop off service from and to Malta International Airport which is 9.3 km away is available (approx 15 minutes).

Although public transport is available and bus stop is only 3 minutes down the road, car hire for more independence can be arranged upon request.

Nice host

Jason is a wonderful guy.

Nice clean rooms. We stayed 7 days and public bus pass. It was a good value but might be better to rent a car for Malta sightseeing.

Had a great time. Recommend this place.

Fabulous apartment

We spent 10 happy days staying here. It’s a lovely apartment, with everything you need, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Jason was the perfect host, helpful but not in your face. We had a minor issue with the shower and Jason brought a plumber out within a couple of hours to fix this. Highly recommended.

Superb apartment

We spent a week in the Apartment. Superb view from the huge balcony. Shop nearby. Around 5 minutes walk to the centre. Many restaurants nearby. Apartment has all essentials and is lovely and airy. WiFi. Jason looked after us. Will return.

A smashing penthouse apartment with sea and harbour views..extremely good value for money.

Jason met us at the airport and gave us suggestions about what we might enjoy seeing in Malta as he drove us to the apartment. What a luxury having a lift to haul heavy cases up to the penthouse. The flat is stunning and Jason spent time showing us around and explaining to us how everything worked. When he left we popped into the convenience store around the corner and stocked up. The apartment has a few basics and Jason kindly left us some drinks and cake...Thankyou Jason.

The shop around the corner, two mins to bus stop and ten minute stroll into Marsaskala along the prominade make the apartment ideally situated.

I could go on but it's all been said in previous reviews. So do yourself and favour and book the perfect apartment and host from which to enjoy Malta. Thanks again Jason

Superbe location

Nous avons passé 11 nuits dans l'appartement de Jason rien ne manquait très bien situé tout à proximité commerces plages restaurants.

Jason est venu nous chercher et ramener à l'aéroport sans soucis et à même organiser la location d'une voiture Un éventuel séjour serait sans aucun doute dans ce logement.Merci Jason je nous avoir faciliter notre séjour.

Fantastic apartment with great sea/bay views

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and all facilities are to a very good standard. Air conditioning is a must at this time of the year and is very good during the night for sleep!

The balcony with the sea view is outstanding and to be honest this is where we spent most of our time when we were back at the apartment.

The only issue was that their was no outside light at the main entrance, minor.

Restaurants in the area were 50-50 good to fair/poor, and we ate out for the 2 weeks of our stay and to be fair depends on your tastes. Good value for money. Public transport is good and bus cards can be purchased in main centre.

The pick up/drop off to airport is great and Jason is a very good host.

A good place for a couple to holiday.
