Built in 2003, this apartment is surrounded by mature gardens and boasts an unobstructed view of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. The large terrace is spread over 2 levels, and overlooks the shared swimming pool. The interior is bright and spacious, with wall to wall windows in the living room, ensuring you never miss the amazing view. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed, with patio doors off the master bedroom leading out onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, making a self-catering holiday simple and trouble-free. The beautiful port of Cabopino is just 10 minutes walk away, and features several bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. Cabopino beach is one of the best on the entire coast, and is busy even in the winter sunshine. There are plenty of watersports available throughout the summer. The apartment is perfectly located just 13km from the centre of Marbella, where on the right as you come into Marbella you will find the beautiful 'casco antiguo' or old town, with its narrow winding streets leading to Orange Square. A left turn will take you down to the seafront where you can walk along the promenade as far as Puerto Banus, Fuengirola is only 17km away in the opposite direction, giving you dozens more restaurants and bars to choose from. This is where you will find the famous department store El Corte Inglés. Buses run from just outside the apartment complex every 20 minutes. Just an hour and a half's drive or so will take you to the beautiful city of Granada - and it is only another half hour up the mountain to the Sierra Nevada, Andalucia's famous ski resort. 2 and a half hour's drive west is all it takes to drive to Seville, and there are plenty of shorter trips in the area, such as a visit to the beautiful white village of Mijas - only a 15 min drive away. Cabopino is a golfer's paradise. There are over 70 golf clubs in Andalucia, and this apartment is in the very centre of the 'Costa del Golf', situated right beside the 18-hole Cabopino Golf Course. Marbella Golf and Country Club and the golf clubs of Santa Clara, Miraflores, Calanova, La Cala and Santa Maria are all only a few minutes drive away. We offer a complimentary meet and greet when you arrive at the apartment so you have a smooth start to your holiday and can ask any questions about the area. You will also have a local number for any assistance or queries you may have during your stay. Kindly note there is a small surcharge for the meet and greet if you arrive after midnight which is payable locally.

Excellent...

This our second time staying in this apartment because it is really lovely and Sandra is a wonderful host...We love the area so the location was perfect for us. The beach and the marina are a short walk with bars and restaurants. The larger supermarkets are about a 10 minute walk away. However, there is a small shop, bar and Cabopino Pizza just across the road and De Bruno restaurant a three minute walk down the road. We will return...

We had a lovely break and it was very relaxing

Very nice spacious apartment. Clean and well equipped with a helpful manager.

Drawback was it's proximity to a busy dual carriageway. Has a terrace overlooking the pool and well cared for gardens. However the terrace was full of weeds. There was a locker, on the terrace with two loungers. These needed a clean and one was ripped.

We had a lovely holiday and lots of sunshine. It was a lovely peaceful and relaxed complex and lots of places to go. Cabopino Port lovely too with lovely Restaurants, especially Alberts and Da Brunos.

A gem in the jewel in the Crown on the Costa Del S

Having stayed here before we new the location well. The apartment is very large and the balcony has fantastic views over the pool area and out to sea. The apartment is very well equipped and spotless. Bed in main room is very large and had to re - introduce myself to my wife each morning! Towels are included and could be a little larger is the only recommendation I could give . As I new the area well I fully understood that there would be a little traffic noise, but you hear nothing on the inside. The communication with the owner and meeting at the apartment was excellent. This is fantastic value and will be booking again next year. Fully recommend. Regards Alan & Arlene

Coast/Beach:

The beautiful beach of Cabopino is only a 10 minute walk away and it stretches right into Marbella to the west. It boasts 2 beach bars or 'chiringuitos' Andy's and La Lonja, and sunbeds with parasols are available to rent. There are plenty of watersports for all ages, and the beach is overseen by lifeguards during the summer months.

Travel:

Airport: Malaga, 30 minutes by car.

Local Train Station: Fuengirola.

The train from Fuengirola to Malaga Airport takes 30 minutes, and a further 10 minutes into Malaga's main station Maria Zambrano which connects with the country's major cities.

Bus: the local bus stops right outside the complex and runs into Marbella (west) and Fuengirola (east) every 20 minutes, with several stops along the route.

Further Details:

There is a huge selection of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Just across from the main door is Cabopizza where they serve delicious daily specials as well as pizza and a take away service.

Da Bruno is 5 minute walk away, and is an Italian restaurant with a huge menu with prices starting at around €9 for pizza and pasta, going up to approx €26 for salted seabass and steak. This is a family friendly restaurant with a playground to keep the kids entertained, and live music most nights.

There is a great selection of restaurants in the port, approx 10 mins walk away, that will suit all pockets.

The old town of Marbella is well worth a visit, the restaurants in Orange Square tend to be pricey, but just wander down any of the side streets and you will find some great value.

There is a little convenience store beside the complex, but if you want to stock up for the whole holiday, Mercadona is the biggest supermarket in nearby Calahonda (approx 3 bus stops or 5 mins drive away) and definitely the best value. Supersol is a little closer (1 bus stop away, or 10 mins walk).

There is an ATM in Camping Cabopino next door to Da Bruno. and also one in the port.
