This is a beautiful, large 3 bed Villa with private pool and sun terrace. The property has all mod cons, is clean, bright and modern. We have satellite TV as well as fiber-powered internet for the days when the sun is too much!

The master bedroom has a double bed, plenty of hanging space and an en-suite.

The other two bedrooms contain two extremely comfortable single beds with plenty of hanging space.

The kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.

Perfect Villa

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It had everything we needed, absolutely everything. It was very clean, very comfortable and the pool was lovely, not over looked by anyone very private.

Owner very helpful with request for high chair & cot for our baby. Aircon in every room was a god send for us, and we had the pleasure of enjoying the BBQ.

We would happily return to stay here again.

Our stay in the villa

We would like to start by thanking you, Betty, for everything! We had a magical stay in your villa. It was everything we thought it would be and more.

A clean house, great environment; close to the sea - shop - ..., if we had a question, we could contact you for help and the answer was there very quickly. The house was clean, the pool and garden well mantained. We can not think what we would need more during a vacation. If our sons decide to still go on holliday with us, then we will come and stay in your villa again. Kind regards,

Perfect home from home

The villa is perfect. Clean as a new pin and the most well equipped holiday home that we have ever stayed in. Communication with the owner was fantastic, and collecting the keys straightforward.

There are a few bars and restaurants nearby, and you can go further afield for more selection.

It is not close to the beach, a good 30 min walk, or you can catch the road train from the main road. Carabassi beach is lovely, with kayaks and pedalos, along with an inflatable assault course that the kids loved. There are no motorised water sports, which disappointed the kids, but didn't bother us. The kids went to alicante on the bus for jetskis.

This is not a typical English holiday resort, which made a nice change for us, if that's the kind of thing you like then this isn't for you. But if you want a chilled holiday, with home comforts and your own pool then you can't go wrong with this villa.

Immaculate, well equipped and perfectly described.

The property was exactly as stated. It was immaculate. It was very well equipped with literally everything that you could think of. The gas barbecue was great and very useful! The pool was spacious and clean, with six loungers and parasols.

The location is good - 300m from nearest supermarket, 500m from commercial centre. The commercial centre had numerous restaurants and another supermarket. The restaurants are reasonably priced and the choices are varied, from many including; Mexican, American, Chinese and Spanish. You have to walk past Lidl to get to the commercial centre - it was the largest, cleanest and best stocked Lidl we have ever been in! The fresh pastries were a real hit with all the family.

'Gabe Market' is located down and over on the other side of the main road from where the villa is (about 300m) you can purchase just about anything made from plastic/made in China there! They also stock household goods, bikinis, toiletries, souvenirs, water guns! I bought a lovely pair of sandals for 8€.

I would have no hesitation in recommending and/or booking the villa again. Betty was extremely helpful from the first moment of contact. Thank you.

Beautiful villa

The villa was beautiful, clean throughout, the swimming pool was lovely and just right for the kids. The location was perfect for a gently stroll to the commercial centre on an evening the villa was in a quiet location. The sandy beach was a two minute drive and the lovely spanish town of santa pola was between 5-10 minutes drive depending which way you went! The owner Betty was so helpful when organising the booking!

We hope to go back again in future as it's was so lovely

Perfect holiday

Very clean, well presented and well equipped, the villa had everything we needed, plus a fabulous pool for a totally relaxing week away. Supermarket close by, and more supermarkets and large choice of restaurants a few minutes walk away. Very easy to get to the beach (stop 3 on tourist train, €3 round trip) or a bus from outside Lidl to Alicante (€1.60 each). It's all good!

Alicante Airport is a 10-12 minutes drive away (approx. 10km).


Approximately 10 minute walk to G.A. centre which has shops, restaurants and bars.

Further Details:

There is a market which is run on Saturday and Monday which is located in Santa Pola (approx. 10 min car journey or 15 minutes on the bus). The marina in Santa Pola which contains many bars and restaurants is also here.

The local G.A. centre contains Mercadona supermarket, Lidl as well as a host of other shops.

Changeover Day:
Guests are required to leave the property at 10am on the day of departure to ensure adequate time for cleaning of the property for the next guests.

We can arrange pickup for guests at the airport terminal and transfer to the villa for 20 euros.

Payment is taken via electronic bank transfer or PayPal. We require a deposit of 250 euros per week of your stay. If you cancel your holiday with us, we will only reimburse your deposit if a replacement booking is found.
