About the Owner

I live in Warwick and I bought this holiday home a few months ago so I could enjoy Stratford-upon-Avon as it is one of my favourite places.

You will meet Jacky (pictured) who does displays around the Midlands with horses and Hawks deals with all the administration and bookings for me so please write if you have any questions or want to make a reservation.

Great trip

  • 5 of 5

The owner made all the arrangements so easy and kept us informed all the way. The caravan was beyond expectations, great location, so clean, very comfortable and was better equipped than any other self catering accommodation I've used in the past. The site is well maintained and its an easy stroll to walks along the river path or into Tiddington. The outside decking and furniture was a bonus and great for relaxing after a day spent sightseeing. Thanks Jacky.

Lovely location, great weeks stay.

  • 4 of 5

Everything was as advertised. The owner was really helpful and approachable. The chalet was well stocked with everything we needed. The location is great with Stratford upon Avon easily accessible. The Riverside lounge and bar on site was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Just perfect

  • 5 of 5

The chalet is of the highest standard. Spotlessly clean and very stylishly furnished. The owner has equipped it with everything that you could possibly need. The beds are all extremely comfortable and it is really toasty if you need to use the heating. It is in a perfect location within a short stroll of the river avon and a beautiful view. The club house offers great food, but you do need to book at busy times. We loved the river taxi service, no need to drive taking you straight into Stratford centre. The children really love this. We visited Mary Ardens farm which was excellent. The Sunday market in Stratford is great (our friend Mark Kaiser sells his superb art work there! ). This is our second visit to this chalet and we hope to return again soon. The owner is very friendly and helpful making booking easy. Jo Phillips and family.

Special interest holidays:

This chalet house is approx one and a half miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. A town synonymous with William Shakespeare. However, it is much more than that, a market town with more than 800 years of history containing not only many buildings that survive today and would have been familiar to Shakespeare, but also a thriving community offering a wide variety of leisure and shopping experiences.

There are many things to explore in Stratford-upon-Avon, which is why visitors flock back every year to discover more.

In addition to Shakespeare and the plays of the Royal Shakespeare Company, there is a variety of additional events and attractions on offer throughout the year to enthral, divert and distract visitors and townsfolk alike.

There's so much happening throughout the year in Stratford-upon-Avon, it's why visitors keep coming back again and again. The Royal Shakespeare Theatre offers it's usual array of exciting, world renowned plays, but there's so much more on offer.
