About Gez and Jacky

I live in Warwick and I bought this holiday home a few months ago so I could enjoy Stratford-upon-Avon as it is one of my favourite places.

You will meet Jacky (pictured) who does displays around the Midlands with horses and Hawks deals with all the administration and bookings for me so please write if you have any questions or want to make a reservation.

lovely chalet, cosy, welcoming.

Tranquil spot with the river 5 minutes away. River taxi to Stratford fun but get there early to avoid queuing. Great shops in Stratford. Chalet site quiet and we'll cared for. Not massively impressed with food at Riverside pub/restaurant but it's convenient.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

  • 5 of 5

A cosy and comfortable holiday home in a very convenient location. The property is just outside the wonderful Stratford upon Avon with its all of the culture, restaurants and theatres. You can either drive (with easy parking), take a water taxi or have a pleasant stroll into town. Warwick and its amazing castle is very nearby too.

Jacqui, the property's manager, is very efficient with great attention to detail and excellent communication.

well equipped and large caravan

  • 5 of 5

This caravan was ideal for us. It was, big, clean and, very well equipped. There was even a treat awaiting the dog. The on site restaurant, was reasonably priced and had good views over the river. We really liked the water taxi that took us into Stratford avoiding the traffic.

Another lovely relaxing stay. Owners very accomodating, friendly and do all they can to ensure a comfortable and homely stay. Ideally situated for everywhere, 5 mins walk to the river and riverside restaurant - eat in or take away. Recommended and will be back.

Great trip

  • 5 of 5

The owner made all the arrangements so easy and kept us informed all the way. The caravan was beyond expectations, great location, so clean, very comfortable and was better equipped than any other self catering accommodation I've used in the past. The site is well maintained and its an easy stroll to walks along the river path or into Tiddington. The outside decking and furniture was a bonus and great for relaxing after a day spent sightseeing. Thanks Jacky.

Special interest holidays:

This chalet house is approx one and a half miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. A town synonymous with William Shakespeare. However, it is much more than that, a market town with more than 800 years of history containing not only many buildings that survive today and would have been familiar to Shakespeare, but also a thriving community offering a wide variety of leisure and shopping experiences.

There are many things to explore in Stratford-upon-Avon, which is why visitors flock back every year to discover more.

In addition to Shakespeare and the plays of the Royal Shakespeare Company, there is a variety of additional events and attractions on offer throughout the year to enthral, divert and distract visitors and townsfolk alike.

There's so much happening throughout the year in Stratford-upon-Avon, it's why visitors keep coming back again and again. The Royal Shakespeare Theatre offers it's usual array of exciting, world renowned plays, but there's so much more on offer.
