BBQ and pool shower. 4 good sized bedrooms all ensuite, 2 double and 2 twin. Two of the bedrooms open onto a sun terrace with views over pine woodland. The villa sits in a private secure garden and also has a shaded area with sofas perfect for chilling out. Whilst a car is recommended all the amenities you would want are close by. Famous golf courses, tennis academies,stunning beaches and nature reserves and some of the best restaurants on the Algarve. Supermarkets are plentiful and there is also some superb retail therapy to be had. For those who enjoy historic exploration there is an abundance of places to visit. All in all this villa offers all who stay here a home to relax into with plenty of space for everyone to find their own special place.

Good sized dining table seating up to 8.stylish comfortable sun loungers round the pool. Direct access to the kitchen from the sun terrace making outdoor entertaining simple. Pool shower. Perfectly maintained secure garden. Good sized first floor terrace with views over pine woodland. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Basic cleaning equipment. Cool box and umbrellas for the beach. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels including beach towels are provided. Bed linen and bath towels will be changed on the 7th day(more frequently on request at an extra charge). Pool cleaner and gardener will attend once a week. Maid service at an extra cost available. Other: Ground floor cloakroom with wc and sink. Also has hair dryers and straightening irons.

Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

The best beaches of the Algarve are a 5 -10 min drive away. A pleasant walk to Ancao beach will take about 20 mins. On the beach you'll find a selection of restaurants and bars all of a good standard. Plenty of sun loungers to hire and also in high season a small selection of water sports on offer.

Travel:

Faro airport is approx 15-20 mins drive. Taxis are very reasonable from the airport and plentiful. We can also recommend a very reliable and easy to use car hire firm.

Distances:

Almancil is the the nearest village approx 5-10 mins drive. Loule is approx 15 mins drive. Faro old town is approx 20 mins away and Faro shopping 15 mins.

Albufeira approx 30 mins and Villamoura approx 20 mins.

Also nearby are water parks, zoo marine and go carting.

Further Details:

There is a large variety of super markets available close by.

Banks and cash points also.
