A superbly located 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment (sleeps 4) with a communal pool and private solarium, situated opposite the famous Villamartin Plaza with it's many restaurants and bars. The superb Villamartin golf course is just across the road from the apartment and 2 other golf courses are close by.

The fabulous Zenia shopping mall with it's famous brand international shops and restaurants is only a 5 min drive away, where free evening entertainment is provided in the main square with musical shows, acrobats etc.

You have access to stunning blue flag beaches with lovely coastal walks only 7 mins away by car and there is a regular bus service to/from Villamartin Plaza and Playa Flamenca beach also calling at Zenia shopping mall.

For those who prefer not to drive this is an ideal location.

Fantastic apartment, close to all amenities has everything you need for a comfortable stay wifi is extra but added bonus and good connection. Did need to top up electricity meter which we did not know about when booking. Roof solarium was furnished lovely and spent most afternoons there. Will be back again

Very nice

First family holiday abroad

Absolutely brilliant.

Apartment was clean and well maintained. Yvonne on site was helpful wherever we needed her. Gave us lots of tips about food and shopping!

Villamartin was easy to find, we flew to Alicante and hired a car.

Loads of things to do, handful of gorgeous beachs within a 10 minute radius.

Pool clean and serviced while we were there. Was still cold but kids in it everyday anyway! WiFi used at extra cost but handy for planning our days out. English freeview TV.

Properly secure and parking always good.

Definitely use again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your apartment,very central and perfect for both golf by day and plaza in evening. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything needed,would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the stairs,but I'm getting on a bit. Having said that will definitely be back soon.

We fell in love with the Costa Blanca South area and decided to buy this apartment because of it's fabulous location. If you enjoy good food and eating out you won't be disappointed. There is so much to see and do, whether you are a sun worshipper, golf nut, shopaholic or just enjoy walking, Villamartin has got it all.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Murcia at 26 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Numerous bars in Villamartin Plaza at 50 Metres Nearest Golf : Villamartin Golf Course at 75 Metres Nearest Restaurant : Numerous restaurants in Villamartin Plaza at 50 Metres Nearest Beach : La Zenia at 4 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

The closest beach is the beautiful La Zenia only 7 mins drive away. There is a wonderful costal pathway with walks to many other stunning beaches and marinas such as Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig etc.

All of the beaches and marinas offer great bars and restarants. Why not stop for a drink and some tapas.

The Mar Menor is about 25 minutes by car and is the largest salt water lagoon in Europe offering warm safe bathing and a natural mud spa is available to all and is a must do to experience.

At Santiago de la Ribera you can hop on the local ferry to La Manga, a wonderful day out.

Travel:

Murcia airport is only 20 mins by car.

Alicante airport is 45 mins by car, and if you don't want to hire a car there is a direct bus service from Alicante airport to Torrevieja (6 euros) where a taxi can be taken to Villamartin for approx 15 euros.

Lo Pagan (natural mud bath) 15km (20 min drive)

Further Details:

Within a short walking distance there are numerous bars, wonderful restaurants, cafes and takeaways catering for every taste. There are banks, supermarkets, a pharmacy, medical centre and hairdressers plus lots more.

A regular bus service runs from the Plaza to La Zenia shopping mall and Playa Flamenca beach. A taxi rank is also located outside the Plaza.

There are many local markets throughout the week offering bargains and local produce, the largest of which is held on Saturday mornings in Torrevieja.
