Excellent accommodation, very spacious and within walking distance of a lovely beach. Only a short distance from plenty of other attractions. We’ve had a lovely holiday and would recommend the cottage and location.

Excellent Cottage with thoughtful Owners

  • 5 of 5

Rosevean is an incredibly well equipped cottage in a fantastic location which has the bonus of parking for 2 cars. Very useful for our family. There are clear signs that the cottage is used by the owners and their family so has everything that you would need and is also well looked after. There is plenty of space which, as we were a party of 5 adults we utilised well. We particularly liked the 3 level arrangement, although some may find the stairs hard work, and the outside space for bbqs. We would thoroughly recommend this cottage.

Cozy cottage with 2 log burners!

  • 5 of 5

Lovely, spacious cottage right next to a wonderful rocky/ sandy beach which we spent a lot of time beachcombing on. We couldn't resist getting a fire going a few evenings when it became chilly outside even though the cottage was warm! Mesmerising sea view from the bedroom - will definitely be back. Thanks!

Great location right next to two beaches

  • 5 of 5

We loved the two local beaches, right next to the house. One is fantastic for rock pooling - we found loads of crabs, fish and jellyfish, and were sometimes the only people on the beach - even though it was in the school holidays! The other beach in Marazion is sandy, and huge at low tide - brilliant for walking and paddling. The accommodation is really spacious, and the little garden is a sun trap. The home-made scones were a bonus! Would definitely recommend this lovely house.

Location

From the Owner

Rosevean is equally suited for a family of 4 or 6 with 1 double, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom. It has two reception rooms with a wood burner in each for cosy winter breaks. There is a pleasant courtyard garden with patio furniture and a BBQ. There is off road parking and the property is in Marazion only a 3 minute walk to the sandy beach in and the causeway to St Michaels Mount. A fabulous cottage for a relaxed family holiday. It is also dog friendly.
