About Mark Imlah

Mark and Paul both work in financial services and had a common interest in buying a place in the sun. We formed a partnership and purchased Jardines de Manilva, near La Duquesa port in 2007 and have loved the tranquillity ever since.

Why Mark Imlah chose Manilva

We both wanted a place in the sun and La Duquesa ticks all the boxes.

It is a beach holiday without being too near the beach, it is set 5 minutes away so has a more secluded atmosphere in a safe gated complex for children.

It is only just over an hours drive from Malaga airport.

We are golf addicts and it is superbly situated near Valderama of the Ryder cup and Finca Cortisan of the World matchplay, plus many, many other beautiful courses.

The Port is only 10 minutes walk away with a superb variety of cuisines and lovely views to admire.

You therefore have the choice of a busy or quiet holiday or both.

What makes this apartment unique

We fully enjoy the family atmosphere and benefit from relaxing in well maintained gardens within the secure gated location.

The cost for the air conditioning is included in the rental but excessive use will be deducted from the refundable deposit.

Lovely well equipped duplex apartment. Perfect for children.

We had a lovely stay. Everything you needed in the apartment and the aircon was a god send. Absolutely perfect position to sit on the terrace and watch the kids in the gated pool. We had a problem working the tv channels so could have done with a manual but it wasn't a problem as the children spent all day in the pool. Lovely walk to marina and large choice of restaurants and bars. Would definitely return. Short walk to the lovely beach and beach bars. Thank you

The TV was a new up grade in May and we had left instructions for it's use but unfortunately they must have been misplaced. We will make sure this is rectified. Many thanks, Mark

Great Large Duplex Apt.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment.We were very impressed with upgrades since 2015. New Aircon units in all areas and WiFi also installed .Bonus for the kids and all Television Channels now available.Looking forward to our next visit.

Lovely apartment with great pool

Great to walk out out of terrace straight into the pool, kids loved it! Clean, well equipped apartment. Owners so responsive, helpful, super communication and lovely to deal with, recommend a car hire if have kids to visit Gibraltar and port

Refundable Damage Deposit £150
This deposit will be refunded as appropriate within 7 Days of departure.
We have negotiated a very favourable price for cleaning with the letting agent which is based on 5 hours turnaround. To allow this to be achievable we would request you place all used towels into the baths and all food and drink must be removed, if not, this will be charged as the cleaners would be required to carry it out. Please try and leave the apartment as close to the way you found it.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
