This hidden gem is situated and managed by the exclusive Addington Palace Estate. The Palace, upon which lies the site that Henry VIII had a hunting lodge for reputed clandestine meetings with Anne Boleyn was also home to no fewer than six Archbishops of Canterbury who used this opulent retreat as their somewhat grandiose summer residence between 1805 and 1896. In more recent times the Palace now offers luxurious facilities for weddings and private events and also offers an exclusive Country Club.

This serene and scenic setting is ideal for family gatherings and BBQ's and provides ample space for social occasions. The large lawn and patio are surrounding by mature shrubs which afford privacy and a quite idyllic setting in which to enjoy this stunning Surrey countryside. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are included in the hire. The rooms can be serviced for an additional charge should this be required. Extra towels can be hired for a supplementary charge Other: Also on the ground floor is the small conservatory that leads to the garden.
