Apartment in Chloraka, Paphos, South Cyprus - Peaceful Elevated Location 20 Mins Walk To The Beach And Bus Stop

Stunningly appointed 1st floor apartment with large balcony overlooking the communal free form swimming pool and with a view of the sea. Chlorakas village is a 20 minute walk away with its traditional bars and tavernas. It takes approx. 45 mins to walk to Paphos harbour but there is a bus route at the foot of the hill. A car is recommended for this location to enjoy the full benefits Cyprus has to offer. In springtime (Feb/March) many of the European migrating birds fly via Cyprus and the island is alive with the colour of wild flowers. There are some superb walking trails on the island and it is really enjoyable to combine a hike along a trail with bird watching and wild flower spotting. Cyprus is home to over 100 endemic species of wild orchid. Paphos airport is approximately 30 mins drive away and a selection of supermarkets are within easy reach. The apartment is suitable for all year round occupation as there is heating and air conditioning included in the rental fee and the facilities of the neighbouring complex - indoor heated swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi are available for our use as are the tennis courts, the restaurant, shop and home cinema.

Notes on accommodation: The fixtures and fitting plus the contents of the apartment are all new. This is a no smoking apartment for up to 3 adults only. The complex is very spacious, quiet and relaxing and there are fixed barbecues, with tables and chairs near them. There are ample sun loungers and umbrellas poolside. The complex has the added attraction of a day spa called le petite spa where you can go and be pampered for a few hours. Outside: Thalassa View Gardens is a large and spacious gated complex and it contains most things to make your stay enjoyable without you having to enter the outside world if you want a quiet stay in Cyprus. There is an enormous freeform communal swimming pool, surrounded by gardens and paths Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels, including beach towels and bed linen are provided. The apartment is cleaned prior to your stay. It will not be serviced during your stay although additional cleans are available and payable locally. Other: Large balcony with table, 4 chairs and umbrella. Lockable storage bench (key provided) contains various useful items including washing line, candle lanterns, mop, brush etc.). Planters contain traditional Cypriot plant

Coral Bay beach is a 15 min bus ride from the bottom of the hill as is Paphos Harbour and Paphos beaches and bars


Approximately 30 mins drive from Paphos airport. Preferential car hire rates can be arranged as can a taxi service to/from Paphos airport.


Chlorakas village is a 20 min walk away but make the most of your stay and see what you can of an island which has been ruled by almost every dynasty which has existed leaving fabulous architectural sites and relics. Go to Curium and experience outdoor Shakespeare being performed at the end of June. Go to the Troodos mountains and smell the pine trees in the air, follow one of the walking trails. See the migrating birds and wild flowers in Feb/March on the Akamas Peninsula.

Booking Notes:
If bookings are spread over more than one charging period the total payment will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure and a refundable security deposit of £125.00 is required when paying the final balance. This security deposit will be returned once the apartment inventory has been checked following your departure and the property is found to be in the same or better condition than when you occupied it.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible depending on your flight. If there is an issue I will let you know before you book.
For the purpose of rate calculation check in time is 14.00 and check out time on day of departure is 12.00 (noon)

Notes on prices:
Payment methods which are accepted - electronic funds transfer bank to bank, cleared Bank Cheque. The fastest method is electronic funds transfer.

If more than 4 guests use the apartment the charge is 20 euros per night for each additional person to cover laundry, cleaning and other charges I will incur.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
