Sleeps 4. 2 bedroom apartment. 1st floor barn conversion with it's own garden , wonderful sea and country views, central heating, very quiet , comfortable and homely , all the usual amenities
Unspoilt farmhouse and barns on the Roseland Peninsula centrally located and within easy reach of Truro, St Austell and Falmouth but a quiet and peaceful location near Caerhayes Castle estate.
A family farm, once owned by the Caerhayes estate, and in the same family ownership for30 years . Ben and April have been running this unspoilt holiday property since then and have raised their family here.
It is close enough to the beach to walk there, but tucked away up a country lane so is quiet and very peaceful.
