Spacious 2 double bed apartment at Crystal bay marina. Master bedroom on gallery level, Large patio area. Wi Fi & TV

Sea and mountain views, beautiful coastline and 25 mins drive from Kyrenia town & harbour. 10 mins drive from natural sandy beaches and turtle breeding area.

Open plan kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave.

There are 2 bathrooms, 1 full bathroom upstairs, complete with bath and overhead shower. 1 downstairs, with toilet sink & shower.

There is also a bed settee suitable for small children and travel cots can be provided at a small cost.

All bedding and towels are provided (not beach towels) and the apartment will be cleaned with beds made up prior to guests arrival. You may request a clean during the course of your stay at an additional cost but will need to request this at the time of booking.

There are 2 full size communal swimming pools on site plus a children's pool and play area. There is an onsite gymnasium, communal TV room, outside bar and restaurant, where breakfast, lunch and evening meals are available to enjoy by the pool. (free wi-fi is also available here) The apartment is close to the sea and a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach and also 10 minutes from the18 hole championship Korenium golf course.

Just perfect!

What can I say that hadn't already been said! Such a perfectly maintained apartment with everything you could possibly need on a fantastic complex which is also kept to very high standards. The apartment is in a perfect position and is lovely and clean and the communication with the owners was excellent, ensuring we had all the information we could possibly need prior to our stay. There was always something to see and do and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definately be returning. Information pack in the apartment was very helpful and we dined at many restaurants recommended and we were not disappointed with the recommendation as they were all lovely from the staff to the meals. Couldn't fault anything about the apartment, owners communication or resort. Just perfect!

If You look for nice quiet place with beautiful views, wild beaches I recommend Ian's house. we spend there only three night because we traveled all around Cyprus but we were very sad when we had to leave this house.house is well equipped, with two bedrooms comfortable beds, two bathrooms, good air conditioning (thanks for that it was over 42 degrees when we were there:),

House is very comfortable with beautiful garden all around, with nice swiming pool. If you want to go out in the evening I can recommend Girne when u can find nice restaurants, disco few times per week and casino:) for romantic evening the best place is in my opinion The Best Restaurant Called Bellapais Gardens....just Excellent:) thank you so much Ian

Access to the property was quick and easy and it was very clean and tidy on arrival. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there and the instruction and info pack was excellent. Communication from the owner was excellent also.

Great stay in this lovely apartment

We really enjoyed staying at Cristal Bay Marina. Communication with the owners of the apartment was very good and Ian offered lots of useful information and tips before we arrived as well as in the file provided in the apartment. We found the apartment lovely and comfortable - everything you need in a self catering holiday apartment was provided. The whole complex is well maintained and positioned within safe and easy access to lovely walks in the hills and along the coast. Several restaurants within a walking distance and still not too far to drive to Kyrenia.

Neat, tidy, quiet, classy, refreshing

Ian is a lovely host. I have no hesitation recommending him and his property, which is sandwiched between the Mediterranean and the Kyrenia Mountain Range. It is ideal for families with a rental car wanting to explore Northern Cyprus due to its central location.

The sea is visible from the apartment so we are close to the coast in a quiet location and 10 mins drive to the nearest sandy beaches. There is a restaurant on site and there are 4-5 more within walking distance. 5 mins drive to the nearest supermarket.

Travel:

Larnaca airport 55 mins. Ercan airport 40 mins.

Car hire is recommended, transfers can be booked through car hire companies.

Further Details:

Water and electricity are very precious in North Cyprus. To keep our prices low we respectfully ask that you are careful with your use of water and electricity when staying in our apartment to avoid excessive waste.
